Excelente ubicación cerca del centro histórico...ideal para ir de compras, paseo o de diversión y llegar a un lugar cómodo, muy limpio, alejado del ruido y con excelentes instalaciones. Nos atendió Reyna a nuestra llegada, siempre amable y atenta. Sin duda un lugar muy recomendable para una estancia que seguro disfrutarás.

It was close to the Zocalo Square and there were convenience stores nearby, so it was very comfortable.
The entrance was practically a window, so all the sound leaked in and bugs came in through the gaps, so it felt like sleeping outdoors.

The stay was good. The place isn't too crowded, and there isn't much noise at night. The facilities are old; in the photos, they look newer. It doesn't have air conditioning, but they do have a floor-standing fan that somewhat relieves the heat. The shower has hot water and a door, is comfortable, and everything is clean. I'm not giving it full points because I think it could be improved. The breakfast they offer, which I appreciate, doesn't have fresh fruit or lactose-free milk. They don't have any options for people with gluten intolerances—not to mention specific products, but for example, fresh fruit. These days, there are more and more intolerances.
I think a guest arrived at 4 a.m. and kept ringing the bell and breaking down the door next to my room, so I didn't sleep at all, but that's not the hotel's fault either.

I booked an all inclusive hotel airfare package and received Hostel accommodations. The picture I saw definitely are deceiving. The room was tiny - NO AIR-CONDITIONING (temp in the room were never under 83 degrees - no amenities besides a small round bath sope & body wash & shampoo dispensers that were just about empty - No reception - Front Door is always locked - a key is given to each guest - We arrived at 4am and had to ring a doorbell a few times before a guy opened the door and told us we had to wait till 3pm for our room, so we tried to sleep in the living room area and make time. I will never stay there again and I am beyond disappointed by the “Hotel “ which ******* depicted as a 4.8 stars and it was a HOSTEL !

Excelente ubicación. Desayuno completo y rico. Habitaciones cómodas e impecables. La cama estaba supercómoda y el cuarto es bastante fresco. Muy tranquilo por la noche, sin ruidos y con suficiente privacidad. El personal es muy amable y atento, siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte. ¡Sin duda volvería a reservar!
