I want to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay.
While I initially appreciated the good location, I encountered several issues that significantly affected my experience.
Firstly, I had to work remotely at night, but the internet connection was not reliable. It frequently disconnected or wouldn’t connect at all on any of my devices. I was advised to connect to Wi-Fi outside of my room, which is unacceptable. As a guest, I expect the Wi-Fi in my room to function properly.
Additionally, I experienced water leaking from the ceiling at 1 AM. After this, I was moved to another room, but given the ongoing internet issues, I ultimately decided to leave and return to my previous hotel.
I hope you can address these concerns for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The environment is OK but lacks management. The room next door was noisy for two consecutive nights and no one cared about it. It was too noisy and I couldn't rest for a night ⚠️

The hotel is nice. It is a homestay converted from an apartment. It is very quiet, the decoration is also new, the room is spacious and new, and the transportation is convenient for business trips.
