Terrible management! Front desk staff is indifferent towards any needs. They simply do not care. The manager is hiding in an office and refuses to engage. Simply do not go unless you want to have a bad time! The most terribly hotel I stayed at in many years and I usually do not have any issues.

No feather free bedding in entire hotel. Difficult to communicate with staff. Concierge Club was the only redeeming quality. It was well provisioned and the staff was attentive and professional. Would not recommend for anyone with feather allergy.

Nice functional hotel. Very Big comfortable modern and clean rooms. We are travelling with a 6yr old ( work ) in Mexico City. Hotel is geared more for business travel being close to the world trade centre . Breakfast is ok. Couple of the staff were exceptional. Alan at the concierge organised our airport pick up - good communication and easy planning. We have loved spending time at the regency club. Rodolto at the club was exceptional with his service and looking out for the 6yr old. We loved his cocktails . He also assisted us to work out what to see around Mexico and helped us connect with some tour companies to organise flexible private tours to accomodate our child . Giving a shout out to fandstours in Mexico. Miguel was great

Pésimo servicio en la recepción , ni siquiera estaba el gerente en los dos días que me hospedé , ME DIERON UNA HABITACIÓN QUE NO CORRESPONDÍA CON LO QUE PAGUÉ , me dijeron que me reembolsarían la diferencia y hasta la fecha no lo han hecho ( eran como 2000 pesos ) son unos ladrones, pésimo servicio , ahórrense corajes por favor !

I stayed at this hotel for a business meeting. This hotel is very nice. The reception, bar, and restaurant were very open and clean. The staff at each of these areas were exceptional. The room was very modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Terrible service from the reception staff, you reserve a room and they give you the one they want, I asked for a bed for my daughter from the moment I checked in and the night I asked for it again (because the manager forgot). I hope they improve their quality standards in staff service at this franchise, it is the first Hyatt I have stayed at where the treatment is bad.

El hotel me pareció que tiene una excelente ubicación, con varias opciones de restaurantes al rededor, la habitación fue muy agradable amplia y con una grata vista de la Ciudad, el club del piso 15 es muy agradable y con alimentos muy ricos por la noche, Antonio de recepción es muy atento y se preocupó porque nuestra estancia fuera placentera, sin duda alguna regresaremos ojalá y mi esposo me invite próximamente a hospedarnos aquí 😉
