It's the perfect place to take a nap before boarding an ANA flight to Narita. It was a little hard to find, but the email I received included detailed route directions in English, so I was able to get there without getting lost. I was asked what time I wanted to wake up at the reception, and they woke me up properly, which was nice. Although the staff sometimes struggled to speak English, they were very kind.
