We visited the place for a weekend gateway in August 2024 and must admit the property is amazing. The staff is helpful and there are many indoor/ outdoor activities for family and kids and recreation activities for couples to do.. Experience was good, good food, good housekeeping service farman was very helpful . Must visit atleast once...

We visited the Aravali restaurant recently for a lunch with my family. As was expected from this 5 star property, the whole experience was more than what I expected. We ordered an array of starters and main course items ranging from Indian to Chinese to continental, and it was all nothing less than prefect. A special mention for Chef Amit Joshi and Chef Shyam Pandit for this awesome experience.

Excellent ambience and a memorable visit. The food, sevice, grandeur and hygiene is exemplary. It is a must visit for every family and traveller and will want to come again and again.The 27 hole Jack Nicklaus design Championship Golf Course is also an added attraction. This is the best resort in South Asia.

I would like to thanks ITC Grand bharat team for the exceptional hospitality and care you provided during our dinner as well as stay. The service was impeccable, and every detail was thoughtfully attended to by your fantastic waitstaff.A special thank you to the chef for preparing the delightful signature dish, Kulfi Faluda. It was truly a masterpiece, and we were thoroughly impressed by the skill and passion that went into every bite.We deeply appreciate all your efforts in making the evening unforgettable and a special thanks to hotel tour guide munfaid , I appreciated the time you took to show us around and share the unique features of the hotel. Your warmth and hospitality made the tour even more special.

Hospitality was very good . Farman from house keeping team took very good care of us. Very quick service. Gracious and courteous. Took care of all our needs. Friendly and always with a smile. Our luggage was on time and he also showed us around the property

Amazing experience due to the great staff and their warmth. Special shout out to Birmati , Deepankar & the chef from Kolkata (sorry forgot his name ) for amazing service. Birmati went ahead without me asking to click pictures of my senior citizen parents and me. That was a very very sweet gesture at the entrance itself hence we knew we were amongst warm & great people. The Chef from Kolkata made sure he was attentive to our needs , had a 1-1 connect with my family at the breakfast table & also as a sweet gesture gave us some bakery items for our way back travel to home. The above 2 personnel should be awarded as the most warm people on the property. All in all we had a fabulous stay.
