Bâtiment magnifique en extérieur par contre les chambres sont d’une propreté plus que douteuse. Dommage. Je vois les commentaires anciens et tjrs ce même problème de propreté. Que faites vous ??? por remédier à ce problème qui gâche vraiment un séjour dans votre établissement pourtant magnifique. Point positif le restaurant. Mention tte particulière à Sidonie qui fait son maximum pour satisfaire le client avec sourire et amabilité. Nous la remercions.

VOLEVO ANDARMENE! Le reception era chiusa ed il kiosk per recuperare le chiavi non funzionava, abbiamo chiamato la struttura e dopo 40 minuti abbiamo recuperato le chiavi del primo appartamento, le finestre non le ho toccate, c'era sporco ovunque, mancava la porta del bagno (incredibile, c'era solo una tenda) e lo scarico della doccia non funzionava, così abbiamo ricontattato la struttura e ci hanno cambiato stanza per niente stupiti di quanto lamentavamo, la seconda camera all'apparenza sembrava più pulita, ci siamo lavati in una vasca decentemente pulita, appena sdraiati sul letto ci siamo accorti che il soffitto era pieno zeppo di ragni, non parlo di un ragnetto che probabilmente è presente anche a casa mia, parlo di colonie di ragni giganti e ragnatele ovunque, veramente uno schifo!! Volevo andarmene ma era troppo tardi ed eravamo stanchi, ad ogni modo non siamo riusciti a dormire gran che e quando abbiamo fatto il check out ci hanno chiesto 25 euro per un letto aggiuntivo che nessuno aveva chiesto ed ovviamente non abbiamo pagato. ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO! Peccato perché con un po' di manutenzione e pulizia la struttura potrebbe aggiudicarsi un 9!

En positif: Un batiment superbe, dans un environnement agreable. La salle de bain semblait moderne et assez complete Le personnel très accueillant Le Resto est OK. En négatif: Les chambres sont dans leur jus et malheureusement même pas propres. Je ne sais pas si les occupants précédents avaient un chien, mais je n'ai jamais récolté autant de poils en quelques minutes. À noter qu'il y a une chambre pour PMR, mais passer le seuil du bâtiment sera déjà un exploit, et le restaurant est absolument inaccessible en chaise roulante.

This was an appalling experience- the building and the surroundings are beautiful but the hotel is run down and overpriced. There were lots of minor problems- only 1 cup in the room for 2 people for tea and coffee, no fan in the room (reception told us there was a fan in the cupboard) on a 30 degree summers day. The bar service was limited (no beers or gin). The shower gel ran out in the shower. The worst thing was returning to the room after dinner it was infested with ants which were clearly attracted to something that hadn’t been cleaned up. Worse still was the fact that there was no one at reception and the “emergency number” in the room did not work. We couldn’t connect with either the room phone or a mobile phone. We had to find the cleaning cupboard and clear up the ants ourselves. The evening meal and breakfast was basic and very expensive for what you got. It’s such a shame as we stayed there 3 years ago and had a wonderful experience.

We stayed in room 301 - after the worst meal in France for dinner we went to our room to be met with several infestations of ants and bugs. There was no one on site to complain to so we were left with finding a hoover and sucking the bugs up - needless to say we did not Sleep that night - the infestations were also in our luggage the next day as well - we complained to The hotel and we were advised by maxim the manager that they would support our refund request through booking . Com - it has now been 2 weeks since we raised complaint and today we heard that they are now not supporting our complaint ! This hotel is being run into the ground , there is no love being g shown whatsoever , the garden is full of pots filled with fag butts and dead plants , the restaurant serves food they clearly don’t make on site and is inedible - the staff are absent , this used to be a Logis and was a great overnight stay - the Logis sign is still on hotel but there is no affiliation anymore - it’s also 180 euros a night so not cheap ! Shame as the view is to die for -

Sauber, aber teilweise sehr abgewohnt. Das Betttuch bedeckte die fleckige Matratze nicht ganz. Ein kleiner Beistellhocker war voller Stockflecken. Das Gelände ist eigentlich herrlich, aber ungepflegt. Die Kissen der Aussenmöbel waren voller Vogeldreck und Blätter. Auch gekehrt wird hier nicht täglich. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach in Qualität und Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr nett. Wir waren schon einmal vor 15 Jahren hier, aber von der Begeisterung ist nichts mehr da. Abendessen ist nicht empfehlenswert.

Really bad. Dirty. Room not cleaned, stairs dirty. Place to avoid. Really really bad. We cancelled the included breakfast because we didn’t trust it. Just do not go there. 140€ in the bin. Everybody came out off this place looking unhappy.
