I need to signal though a problem.
but not sure if due to hotel or provider. In principle the hotel was paid but I had to pay again becauae recepcionist did not see it as paid.
So it caused a double charge.

When I checked in, I paid a deposit of 150 euros by swiping my credit card. It has been almost a month since I left the hotel and the deposit has not been refunded. I called the hotel twice and the person who answered the phone was very perfunctory. It has not been refunded yet. Someone also reported similar issues on the ************* website, so be careful when booking this hotel. Also, breakfast is very simple.

Nous étions réunis à 40 personnes pour une fête familiale Le repas de fête était excellent ( notamment les vins et champagne) et s’est déroulé dans une belle salle bien décorée. Le service était professionnel et très aimable Les chambres sont très agréables, récentes et la literie de grande qualité ( matelas et oreillers) Petit déjeuner complet Aucune surprise dans la facture par rapport au devis Je recommande l’ermitage de Villebon pour vos événements

Lovely hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room was really lovely, and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, replenished daily. Breakfast was amazing. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
