As soon as you walk through the door of this beautiful villa, you can see straight away that so much attention to detail has been given in renovating the property. The whole place is very tastefully decorated with luxury and quality items. We were warmly greeted by Fabienne & Thierry who completed looked after us during our whole stay. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, a large comfortable bed, super pillows and excellent shutters for complete blackout. A large tv with Netflix available. An extremely well equipped large bathroom. A beautiful courtyard, unfortunately we didn’t get to use because of the weather. Breakfast was amazing, every morning we were presented with varying meats, cheeses, fish, pastries and super french yoghurts with seasonal fresh fruits and berries, all we were told, bought at Fabienne’s favourite farm shop. Several different breads were offered with Fabienne always asking if there was anything in particular we would like her to get for the next morning. Nothing was too much trouble. We were informed about the parking arrangements by email before hand. This is not on site but is very close by, secure and safe. If we return to Metz sometime we would definitely be staying here. Fabienne & Thierry are both such kind caring people and we thank you for the memories.

From the moment we booked, the experience was consistently top-quality. Emails after we booked were really helpful (eg volunteering restaurant recommendations, confirming parking arrangements), the welcome was warm, and the quality of the house itself is first-rate. A fine restoration of a period property, very conveniently situated for walking into the city centre, and therefore within easy reach of restaurants, cafes, cathedral, museums etc. Although you are a guest in someone's house, you are made to feel completely at home, and every effort is made to make sure you are comfortable. Clearly you can pay less for a night's stay, but the quality difference is vast. Superb breakfast too. Unreservedly recommended.

Villa Camoufle is unique and our stay was just perfect from A-Z. Fabienne gave us a warm welcome and spoiled us every day with an excellent breakfast buffet and an aperitif in the afternoon. The rooms, and indeed the whole house, are very stylishly furnished. Every detail is right. The Villa Camoufle is in a very central yet quiet location. It is a few minutes' walk to the train station. The old town and the cathedral can also be reached in just under 10 minutes on foot. We can 100% recommend Villa Camoufle and would love to come back anytime.

At this beautiful grand villa luxury guest house, perfectly situated in the center of Metz, attention is given to every detail. This is probably the best accommodation we ever had (anywhere in the world and we have been around) and comes very warmly recommended. We will certainly return to Villa Camoufle! Josefin & Patrik
