Leider ist dieser Ort nicht mehr so toll wie es mal war, die Dampfsauna ist kaputt, die neue Sauna ist noch nicht fertig obwohl man es angesagt hatte. Die ganzen Becken sind alle kühler geworden und WIRKLICH dreckig… alleine das obere Warmbecken am Studio in der Ecke…. 10000 Hautschuppen und Reste. :( Die Preise steigen aber dementsprechend gut an. Und das Live Cooking ist leider seinen Preis nicht wert, und auch nicht so lecker wie gedacht das Eis und die Desserts sind ein Traum, aber sonst fehlt fast immer Salz oder aussergewöhnlich leckere Gerichte, und das bei dem Preis…. Ich würde einfach sagen probiert es aus, aber wir sind nun dank Gutscheiner 5x dort gewesen und es wirkt irgendwie immer ein wenig lustloser :( Schade…

Wir waren spontan für einen Wellnessurlaub da und haben uns von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Verpflwgung war klasse und das Service-Personal sehr freundlich. Empfehlenswert ist die Vollverpflegung. Ausgewogen und sehr lecker. Selten haben wir eine solche Qualität in einem Hotel erlebt. Top Wellness-Bereich! Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Das Essen war hervorragend, das Personal freundlich und der Wellnessbereich sehr sauber. Leider entsprach das erste Zimmer nicht dem Preisniveau, und auch die Außenanlage sowie der Poolbereich wirkten ungepflegt. WLAN-Probleme wurden erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen gelöst. Insgesamt ok, aber für den Preis hätten wir mehr erwartet.
