The transportation is very convenient, right in the city center. I think this is a hotel where the public areas are much more beautiful than the rooms. There is no big surprise inside the room, but the public areas are really beautiful. The service is also very good. The only bad thing is that the deposit is very high and it can't be returned in half a day (it has been almost 10 days since I checked out and the deposit has not been returned 🙃)

What we liked:
The hotel is right next to the station, which is a great plus, especially when the trip to Italy, upon arrival, is tiring due to the long flight (in my case, from Brazil). But it is further away from tourist attractions. The staff has positive points, especially the female employees: Alice, Eunice and Samanta. Thank you, girls; you are so lovely!
The negative is that the hotel is not as clean as a five-star hotel should be.
In the winter, it is quite cold inside; the room was not at all cozy and they said that it was not allowed to make the room warmer. The cleanliness also leaves something to be desired; quite a lot.

The hotel is in a good location, and the surrounding area is relatively quiet. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the Spanish Square, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. It also takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi to the Vatican and the Colosseum. The hotel's service response speed is quite fast. In terms of facilities, the bedroom is relatively large, but the design of the bathroom is hard to describe. The toilet and the washbasin are next to each other, and the bathroom door is also fighting with the toilet. The design is very anti-human. Overall, it's not bad, and the price is expensive

The hotel room is not big but very clean. Picture 2 is the view from the window in the room. The location is good, about 8 minutes walk to Castel Sant'Angelo. The hotel can provide paid airport shuttle service. The front desk can help to call a taxi. The service is very good. Breakfast is divided into cold dishes and a la carte hot dishes, with high cost performance, and their coffee is good. Picture 1 is the mini bar that the hotel delivers every day👍

The hotel is very luxuriously decorated and the rooms are large in size. We also have a welcome wine. Good location, opposite the US Consulate, not far from the Vatican. Deserves to be a five-star hotel, the service is amazing, and the bedding is very comfortable. Excellent location right on top of the Spanish steps. Because I booked six nights, I got a free room with a small balcony. As soon as I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. There were welcome fruits and a welcome card with my name printed on it (still bilingual in Chinese and English). The cleaning service is professional and clean. Free water and chocolate every day and a bottle of red wine. There is a Mixing restaurant on the sixth floor of the hotel. Unfortunately, I did not go to taste this time. Before I left, I went to the restaurant on the first floor of his house. Angus steak was superb and delicious. In short, such a hotel is worth going to Rome again.

The bathroom is pitch black and I don't like the decoration style. You will be upgraded to a new room type, but you will find that the upgraded room type is not as good as the one you booked. GGuest UserHotel facilities are very good and modern, mini bar has a lot of things, free of charge. Clean the room every day and send different small desserts. The hotel is located in the city center, walking distance to attractions. It is surrounded by shopping centers, Plaza de Espana. But the hotel breakfast is not a buffet, there are three packages to choose from, the choices are limited, the service is slow, and the staff are not in place. Hotel valet parking is a parking lot at 60eur one night, it is difficult to find a parking space on its own.

The breakfast isn't the buffet like what we have in other hotels, but they do bring a lot of food to the table, and you can order anything on the menu. The view from the restaurant is amazing!

The breakfast was very rich but with no meat, because “they’re vegetarians”. When you go to a five stars hotel tou exepct something different. At the check in they even ask for a credit card or a 50 euro deposit in case you finish off their minibar. I was really not pleased.

GGuest UserLocation is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.

The hotel environment is good and very suitable for vacation. It's a pity that we only stayed for one night and didn't enjoy it well.

GGuest UserThe room is spotless -sheets are being changed sometimes TWICE A DAY (!),I stayed at the deluxe room which had amazing Roman architectural elements such as extremely highly ceilings with “wavy” ceiling,big windows with antique vibes.
The room is modernly designed with great amenities.
I give the hotel extra points on using “Acqua di Parma” toiletries, it means a lot in my opinion when a luxury hotel use luxury toiletries.
The hotel staff is out of this world -very helpful,very kind and very welcoming. The reception staff is very patient and will go above and beyond in order to help the guest to have the best experience in Rome . Regarding the location -the hotel is 8 minutes walking from the from the colosseum,should I add more ?
