Punta Molino Beach Resort & Thermal Spa

Ischia Porto
Omg, what can I say?? Can’t speak highly enough of this Ischia icon, Grand hotel punta molino! From when we stepped out the ferry, promptly welcomed by the smart and smiling Ciro on the transfers, to Ciro the concierge( such a charismatic figure and so friendly!) and all the team at the reception , ladies and boys, ever smiling, helpful and knowledgeable. A mention to the GM Antonio Buono, what a gent, he’s a constant presence and reassurance to his team, at the point that the other day he was around the beach asking customers if they wanted any drinks ordered, what a humble guy, he always had a word with everybody by let you feel special, what a professional. Not forgetting all the lifeguards on the beach from the head Franco to all the rest of the team, the staff at the breakfast and the housekeepers, all amazing. Can’t wait to return again soon, 6 star holiday!!! Enzo and Kate
Villa Marina Capri Hotel & Spa

Everything about Villa Marina was exceptional. Our room was beautiful and relaxing. Sitting on the balcony, whether sipping champagne or coffee, the stress simply melted away (the massage did wonders too!). The staff made our stay perfect, from arranging a day trip on a private boat, to helping us explore the island with rides and great recommendations, to anticipating every need, we cannot wait to go back. Don't miss the spectacular breakfast and innovative cocktails. The history of the hotel is also fascinating. Do yourself a favor, stop looking around and book NOW, you will love everything about this special hotel. Thank you to the incredible staff for taking such good care of us, each of you are truly top-notch!

Lungomare Caracciolo
Stayed for the second time, the location is very good on the edge of the seaside avenue in the city center, this time the hotel has been renovated, more beautiful, very comfortable, is one of the best hotels in Naples, will choose here in the future
Grand Hotel la Pace - All Inclusive

Jet2 consider this a 4 star hotel. I don't. It's better than a 3 though, not quite a 4. It's an old hotel with really nice lobby, reception, pool area and dining room. The room I had was in need of some modernisation, but how to do that without ruining the old charm would be a challenge. Room had a great view from balcony overlooking the pool and you could see all across the bay to Naples and Vesuvius. All inclusive food is always repetitive. I've never been anywhere where it isn't, so I'm not going to complain about that. There was a good selection for all 3 meals per day. Food was exactly as I thought it would be. Peroni Nastro Azzuro was the draught beer, so that was pretty good as I was expecting a brand I'd never heard of. The hotel is lacking an atmosphere though. There needs to be some background music playing around the pool in the day and dining room and bar in the evening. Shuttle bus good and runs from 9am to 11pm. Jet 2 needs to read the reviews as I don't think it would take too much work to improve the holiday experience somewhat. This hotel should ooze the classic italianate feel of yesteryear. It has all it needs, it's so close. But jot quite there yet.
De Bonart Naples, Curio Collection by Hilton

Vittorio Emanuele
The hotel is generally average and relatively old. We booked a room with a harbor view. The area is small and the luggage is not easy to store. It does not match the picture. The restaurant on the top floor has mediocre products, but the scenery is very good. The strange thing is that when we dined in the hotel restaurant, the meal fee was charged to the room account. The hotel used our credit card to pre-authorize the meal fee of 116 euros in the middle of the night. Later, I asked Ctrip, and Ctrip said that the hotel was worried that our credit card limit was not enough when we checked in. Really Speechless, staying in a room worth hundreds of euros for one night, the hotel is actually worried that we can't afford the meal fee of 116 euros. If you just go to the ancient city of Pompeii, you can call a taxi back and forth at the entrance of the hotel, and wait in Pompeii for two hours at a cost of 100 Euros. It is best to ask a tour guide at the door to visit the ancient city of Pompeii. The tour guide here is very professional, and the explanation is detailed and serious. It costs 150 euros once, which is very worthwhile.
LHP Napoli Palace & Spa

The service in the hotel was quite poor. The night we arrived the bar and restaurant were both closed, this was very disappointing as we had planned to stay in the hotel that evening as we had been travelling for the day. It turned out that the restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay and there was no food available until 19:00 each day, meaning that when we wanted to avail of the pool and terrace we had to leave to get lunch. The terrace had chairs and couches but no sun loungers. There was a middle aged man in a suit working there each evening, I believe his name was Antonio. He was very unpleasant. Our room was only cleaned after our first night. The following day our bins were emptied but the room was not cleaned. We received a turn down service on only one night and for some reason our dirty towels were refolded rather than replaced (we knew this as one of them had a tear in it). Our sheets were not changed even though there is a notice in the room saying that they would be changed after our third night. Also the hairdryer in the room was extremely poor. Breakfast served in the morning offered pastries, yoghurt, fruit, ham, cheese and a small hot food offering. There were additional items such as fried/poached eggs that you could order for an extra charge. The rooftop terrace was a sun trap with a large pool and towels available.
