My schedule changed suddenly and I had to leave Milan a day early, but I couldn't cancel the reservation partially because it was two days before my check-in date. Stayed over for the Italian Grand Prix. The bed and room was very comfortable with a great breakfast. Staff were very polite. Spa is a bit small but perfect for a nice sauna and quick swim which is a bonus. Duomo and Central station located just down the road.

Hotel was really clean and nice. However, I got stuck a night at a tram/bus stop 15 minutes from the hotel on my way back from the city centre because the bus 99 was out of service. I was unfamiliar with the area and didn't speak italian. I called the hotel to ask if they could help call a taxi to pick me and bring me to the hotel. (I was going to pay the taxi obviously ) but they said they couldn't as they weren't allowed to do this. I ended up finally getting back to the hotel at almost 1am, after been assisted by some locals.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Our bed was very comfortable and we slept well throughout the entire trip. Communication with the hotel was very good, with quick response time from the staff. The hotel is well located near a metro stop which takes you directly to the Duomo and the city centre, and doesn't take long to get to/from Linate airport either.

The location of this hotel is superb, surrounded by famous shops. It is very convenient for shopping, as you can get back to the hotel and put down the commodities at anytime. It is a 10-minute walk from both Milan Cathedral and the Renaissance department store.
