The hotel is great. Excellent stuff and breakfast. Room is very very clean. Hotel is modern with parking. I would recommend. Just one detail which could be helpful. The bus and metro tickets You can buy at hotel reception office. Always kind and helpful stuff. Breakfast was very rich and tasty. Hotel is not far for metro M1. Bus till there is just across the road. About 15 minutes by bus and metro to Duomo. I was very satisfied by staying in this hotel.

Consistently super good service, only the people who know it live in this hotel, the old five stars, the waiters are twenty or thirty years old, the breakfast is super good, the price is high, the location is convenient, and there are no disadvantages.

The second stay, the hotel is located in a suburban residential area, very quiet, a taxi to the city center of about 15 euros, the price is very high, the health is good, the breakfast is very rich, several Chinese restaurants nearby, AC Milan team stayed on the day, it should be There was a match at San Siro that night

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Milan, the transportation with the center is uncomfortable, it is necessary to lay on the road to the center at least 45 minutes. Taxi will certainly be faster. Once an hour to the nearest metro station of the red branch from the hotel there is a free shuttle bus, also you can get there on your own by 35 bus (20-30 minutes) or walk (35-40 minutes). The nearest cafe to the hotel (unless the restaurant in the hotel) is located in Cascina Merlata Park about 17 minutes walk. We had a room on the 12th floor with views on the industrial zone (I suspect that the species are similar to all rooms). And there is even an element of some fetish, because Milan was a major industrial center before becoming the capital of fashion. The staff was responsive and went to the meeting on the issue of freezing on the deposit map (Russian bank cards in Europe now in most cases do not work). I stayed at the Hotel Galles with my two year old son to visit the Christmas markets and generally do some sightseeing in December 2022. From the get go the staff were fantastic and we had a room with a large and comfortable cot (with small duvet and pillows) and a big bath tub. The breakfast is a buffet style and has a great range to select from. We had dinner in the restaurant on our first night and it was beautiful 🤩 I managed a sneaky glass of wine at the Cardiff bar where Christian was absolutely lovely with my little boy. Whilst we didn’t use the pool, it was great to know it was there if it became too chilly to go out. The location of the hotel is perfect, ten minute walk from the Central Station - don’t make the mistake of getting the airport train to the Cordona station…it’s a 50 minute walk even if the train is quicker! The reception staff were incredibly helpful and gave us lots of advice about where to go and how to get there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others. There’s is some residual noise from the streets and the trains but it’s an inner city hotel, so I expected that but it didn’t keep us awake at night. Thanks to all the staff who made our weekend away extra special.

This is a beautiful hotel and we had a great time. The hotel was nice a clean, had a nice garden, the restaurant was nice and the bar was open until late. We stayed on the 2nd floor and our room was nice and spacious, aircon was great, the mini bar was well stocked and the maid came everyday. Our view out the window was nice too, we could see the cobbled streets and the tram passing by, it kind of looked like a postcard. The restaurant was nice, staff was friendly and if you like traditional Italian food then you would enjoy it. The breakfast was also nice we went down every morning, it was the same thing everyday but that was ok because it was good food. Only thing is tho, there were no omelettes as standard, I think they could have made you one but you had to pay extra (€8) Let’s talk about the bar. The bar was amazing, not only was it open til late but the bar staff were very knowledgeable on anything drink related. There wasn’t a drink that the lovely Henry or Paulo couldn’t make you. Whilst I am on the Henry and Paulo subject, I’d like to take this opportunity to just say how amazing they are. They introduced themselves and asked our names and it was lovely service ever since. They made us feel welcome, kept the amazing drinks flowing, learnt early on what kind of drinks we liked and kept the drinks coming. The service from them two was absolutely outstanding and we would visit again just to see them. They are real assets to the hotel. Thank you. The hotel itself is not far away from the duomo. We just took the subway, it was 3 stops. Once you get to the duomo you can also do the bus tours, we did the 4 tours over 48 hours which was nice. We also did the canal cruise which wasn’t far from the hotel too. Immediately outside the hotel you can also hire bikes and scooters. You just have to download the app if you haven’t already and go. All in all the hotel was great, service was great, location was great and we love Henry.

The location of this hotel is superb, surrounded by famous shops. It is very convenient for shopping, as you can get back to the hotel and put down the commodities at anytime. It is a 10-minute walk from both Milan Cathedral and the Renaissance department store.

Super friendly staffs, felt so warm everytime we are in and out the hotel. Feel like home! Most importantly the location is superb! Anywhere is walkable.

It’s not the first time to choose Chateau Monfort. Every time the services were excellent! Room very clean, breakfast best quality, room service very punctual and of good quality, concierge very supportive and efficient. The whole atmosphere was cozy!
