I recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip. Overall, the experience was solid. The room was exceptionally clean, which made a big difference. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the self check-in system was smooth and convenient—perfect for a hassle-free arrival. While the hotel itself is fairly average in terms of amenities, the cleanliness, great service, and easy check-in process really stood out. I'd consider staying again for a simple, stress-free stay.

The front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast included in the morning was nice. The room was clean. However, I was woken up at 1:30 am by a man screaming very loudly which went on for 5 minutes. Also the coming and going of people all night. It was not a good night for me.

From the moment we entered the hotel, we were satisfied. The reception and staff are pleasant and very quick in their greetings. The rooms are clean and airy. Knowing these hotels in the Neretva valley, they all have problems with heating/cooling. This hotel has the best air conditioning. Cleanliness at a high level. The comfort of the bed. And finally, a perfect breakfast. We are coming back again.
