The hardware is aged and all USB ports were out of order.
The front desk staff is nice and helpful.
Breakfast is ok but the staff is rude.
Breakfast end at 10:00 but they start to stop food at 9:40.

The bed is relatively narrow and the room facilities are relatively simple. This may be due to the floor layout. There is a passage to go up the stairs upstairs and there is no elevator. The reception staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and well-organized, the breakfast was good, but the restaurant was a little crowded. The transportation was convenient, there was a bus stop at the door, which could go directly to Piazzale Roma, which was more affordable than living in Venice.

Very nice view from the window, tasty breakfast. Decent hotel to not overpay for the main Venice district and there’s still plenty sights to see around the hotel. :)

I was very dissatisfied with this hotel during my free travel in Italy. The temperature in Venice was 38 degrees that day. We arrived at the hotel at 1 pm dragging our suitcases. The hotel told us that we could check in at 2 pm, not even an hour earlier. OK, we followed the regulations and went to the main island first, and returned to check in at 7 pm. The room we were given needed to drag the suitcases up and down the stairs after getting off the elevator. One of my feet was injured accidentally during the tour and I was limping. After I got to the room and opened the door, the room was not consistent with the photos at all. Two 24-hour storage suitcases could not be opened at the same time, and there was a wall outside the window. The shower room was very small. I hope everyone can avoid pitfalls.

The hotel is old and the balcony door in our room is broken. The plates in the breakfast place was dirty. It is in a convenient location, just a 10 minutes away from the Venice train station but I would not recommend staying here.
