It's a budget hotel but it doesn't mean the service of the receptionist is on the budget too. We checked in late and found out it's wrong number of people reserved. The guy at the reception was not friendly enough. It could be language barrier or simply racist.

Duvet stored in the wardrobe, which seems like did not wash everyday. The towel have some smells dirty, which should have the smell of disinfectant. The reception looks unfriendly and indifferent when we check in.

Camere accoglienti anche se non troppo grandi ed essenziali. Hotel molto pulito. Personale cortese e competente, sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione e disponibile ad ascoltare le esigenze del cliente. Vicinissimo alla fermata del tram ma ubicato in zona silenziosa e tranquilla. Ottimo il parcheggio video-sorvegliato.
