A very new hotel, next to a large supermarket. You can take bus 15 to the airport from the door. If the price is right, you can consider it, but when you come to Venice, it is recommended to stay on the main island.

This hotel is way below the standard you’d expect. It’s clear it was a very old hotel that has been taken over by the Hilton brand but 2/10. Wouldn’t recommend. Room - Damp smell and just not great. Badly laid out. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. More 3* and the overall area is quite run down. Don’t waste your money here. Stay in Venice centre and spend a bit more.

The hotel is wonderful, the location is perfect, the staff is very kind, the food is very good. The rooms are The bus station for the trip to Venice is in front of the hotel and the railway station is at few minutes walking. The reception staff offers you all the necessary help and information. The rooms are very welcoming and clean and the restaurant offers a very good and varied breakfast.

I booked this hotel because I didn’t want to spend a ton on a room only to leave early for the airport. The airport bus (#15) picks you up right in front and takes 30 min or less. It’s a close walk from the Venice Mastre train stop if you’re traveling around Italy by train. Clean and close to grocery and some good restaurants. Valentina at the bar made me a phenomenal sprtiz while waiting to check-in to our room. Definitely recommend if you’re on a budget or are in-transit.

Diamond member extremely disappointed. Room had no air conditioning, front desk refused to switch our room despite thermostat in room showing it was 27C, unable to sleep at night due to the heat. Told to speak to the manager the next morning as there was nothing reception could do. Manager promised bonus points due to the issue. “Claimed” the Hilton points system was down at check out but promised points. Points never posted. After 5 calls to the hotel and 3 emails directly to the manager no response. Hotel is completely ignoring me. Expect no level of customer service at this property. Front desk, manager and the bar staff all were extremely hostile towards guests. If you are a Hilton honors member do not expect any recognition here.
