I went for hiking and stayed 5 days there. I've traveled to nearly 50 countries so far and never seen such a disrespectful and bad-manner business owner in this field! Do not waste your money and time there...they know nothing about tourism, no service no nothing! My room was ok but a mice came out of another customer's room! If you have to stay there find Remzi bey for a solution to your problems. He is the only person that knows what he's doing in that service! Worst hotel in a dreamlike town.

Ездила на экскурсию на 2 дня в Местию, в составе тура, и нас организаторы заселили в этот отель. Понятно, что летом не сезон, и все отели рады проезжающим мимо туристам, заработать хоть какую денюжку, но это просто позор отдавать комнату в таком состоянии, даже на 1 ночь. Ремонт, похоже, в этом отеле не делали веками. В стене в спальне дыра в ванную, дверь в саму ванную не закрывается (ручки нету), только сел на кровать - из неё выпали 4 брусья, и сама кровать держится на чесном слове (опирается на тумбочку, чтобы не накрениться), возле кровати софа с продавленным до пола матрасом. На то, что в номере нету ни мусорного ведра, ни фена, ни кондиционера, мы уже и не обращали внимания. При разговоре с администратором, та пришла в нашу комнату, поправила брусья в кровати (которые через 10 минут опять выпали), пожала плечами, мол ну шо поделаш, и ушла. В общем, не дай баже опять заселиться сюда.

Останавливались на одну ночь в данном отеле в составе турпоездки. Отель находится в центре, рядом маленькая площадь, много кафе, недалеко два продуктовых магазина (Спар и Никора). Перед поездкой прочекали на букинге какие номера, есть ли фен, тапочки, холодильник, мыльно-пузырные принадлежности, полотенца, чтобы с собой не брать дополнительные вещи. Номер нам выделили во втором корпусе (напротив главного). Вид из окна захватывал здание в процессе стройки и где-то между сам городок. Из заявленного были только полотенца. Довольствоваться пришлось тремя кусками мыла, отсутствием сидушки на унитаз и дверью в туалет, которая не закрывается. Фен предоставили на ресепшене, вопрос с сидушкой не решился. wi-fi работал не везде и очень плохо. Отдельно хочу отметить завтра за 15 лари. Так как утром мы собирались выезжать на ледник, то завтрак у нас начинался раньше положенного. По рассказам, в завтрак обычно входят овощи, колбаса, яйца вареные, блинчики с сыром, каши рисовая и гречневая, масло, варенье, чай /кофе. Из этого всего половины не было. Конечно завтракать можно и самостоятельно в городе, но так как это Грузия, то многие заведения открываются к 11, что нам не подходило. Для кого-то это только место для ночевки, и все устраивает и возможно при самостоятельном бы выборе номера было бы не все так печально, но лучше доплатить и провести отдых с комфортом.
