Love the remodel. Hot tub could be warmer and bathroom plug did not work for my hair tool. But it was quiet and clean and the staff were very nice.

VERY Mediocre
The sheets and mattresses are LOW QUALITY! The sheets kept ripping off of the bed at night very easily.
My key card kept magically losing its program. I went to the front desk about 6 or 7 times. It was ridiculous.
Breakfast was only the waffle & 2 types of cereals & coffee. Nothing more.
The indoor pool was under construction. Couldn’t even use it.

This property has ants in the shower didn’t have anything they said was included in the website had dirty pillows and blankets and when we asked for a manger we didn’t get one

Trash all over halls, missing lamp shade, deposit was extremely high. Customer service at front desk had something more important to do, felt rushed. This was a 3 star hotel, I would give them 1 star.

Would have been nice to know the place was being remodeled. Entire 1st floor was under repairs: everything was piled up outside for trash removal
Not one time in 3 days we stayed did someone speak as they passed you : if they could even be found at all
Was not impressed on what they called breakfast available daily 😳

Comfortable
The hotel is going through renovations which is good. Rooms are comfortable but the only issue I had is aunts in the restroom.
