I was slightly worried having read some of the reviews on here. I can only write as I found the hotel and I couldn't really fault the place. We were fortunate enough to be higher up as I've heard people complain about being in the lower floors. We were handy for the rodeo which was the main reason we chose the hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Air con was good, staff were all friendly. Had an hour in the pool which was nice as well- towells provided. Though yhe choice st breakfast was ok. Complementary coffee supplied. No complaints here!

I don't know if it's something in this area, but the people aren't attentive, helpful, or friendly... just like the hotel staff. Maybe it's just me, but I wasn't very comfortable.

People behind the desk could definitely use some customer service training. If you're not wearing a suit and tie chances are your service will be subpar even though your dollars spent the same.😞
