Wow, das Hotel wurde komplett renoviert und ist nicht wiederzuerkennen. Schöne Zimmer, tolles Restaurant, gutes Frühstück. Noch ist einiges zu tun, aber die Ambiance hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Betten sind neu und sehr bequem und auch die Badezimmer - alles neu!

Hotel rinnovato, posizione centrale, ambiente accogliente, ottima pulizia, personale gentilissimo e competente alla reception.
Sarebbe da ampliare la ricettività del ristorante, quasi impossibile trovare un tavolo per cena se non si fa la formula mezza pensione.

Il Brocco Posta e’ un hotel di tutto rispetto che rientra in un importante progetto di valorizzazione di San Bernardino. Conoscendolo da anni ed essendo un cliente sia stagionale che casuale osservo ogni volta che ne faccio visita migliorie continue e sono molto felice. La zona relax vicino al camino e l’adiacente reception e’ incantevole e ti fa sentire subito in un ambiente curato e di montagna. Il ristorante e’ all’altezza della struttura ricettiva. Cibi locali, staff cordiale e disponibile in un ambiente immerso nel legno e nei profumi. Le stanze così come l’ambiente per la colazione e sono state tutte riattate e sono molto accoglienti. Una nota sulla quale sono certo già vi e’ attenzione e’ il comfort del letto non decisamente nella media la mancanza di cuscini adeguati per la diversità dei bisogni della clientela e l’assenza di doppi tripli vetri per l’insonorozzazione delle stanze. Noi sicuramente saremo sempre clienti del Brocco posta perché ogni volta ci sentiamo proprio a casa.

Sehr schön, stilvoll und neu renoviertes Hotel. Insbesondere Bar/Restaurant und Zimmer. Man fühlt sich richtig wohl. Vielleicht gibt es noch ein, zwei kleine Verbesserungen bei der Zimmerausstattung (zwei Haken mehr für Badetücher, Teppich, Abtropfschalen für Schuhe, etc) ansonsten alles bestens. Pizzas im Restaurants perfekt. Beim Mehrgänger (Sylvestermenue) wäre weniger Mehr gewesen, da etwas zu grosse Portionen.

Large room, very comfortable beds, beautiful interior. Here you can really feel at home in the mountains. Great gastronomic offer and nice service. A place in the mountains to feel good and discover. Beautiful ski area and the opportunity to simply hike in the snow.

We’ve been loyal customers, having stayed here several times last season, and recently returned for a new project. Unfortunately, this time, we encountered a very disappointing experience. We arrived late in the evening after a long drive, only to be told by The receptionist that we could not check in after 8:00 PM, despite our efforts to explain our situation. There was no mention of this restriction during the booking process or in the confirmation email, as shown in the screenshots I’ve given them . Out of courtesy, I had even messaged the reception earlier in the day to let them know we would be arriving by 11:00 PM, based on the suggestion from a previous stay, but the response was unhelpful and left us stranded without accommodation for the night. After driving for hours from Lucca, we were left without a place to stay, which caused great inconvenience and frustration. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident, as this level of hospitality is far from what we expected from a place we’ve enjoyed in the past.

Personale gentilissimo. Sconsiglio a tutti di andarci quando ci sono le cene nelle Serre, situate proprio all'esterno dell'albergo. La manifestazione comprende la presenza di 8 serre ciascuna della capienza di 8 persone per cene con chef rinomati. I "signori"? che partecipano a queste cene sono molto poco rispettosi del sonno altrui. Il 13 agosto hanno intonato cori e urlato sino alla 1.30. Due giorni prima avevano terminato verso le 24.30.... Il personale dell'albergo ci ha comunicato che non può fare nulla perché la gestione della manifestazione non é dell'albergo.
