Sono stata in questa masseria deliziosa e rilassate ieri in occasione del mio compleanno per 2 giorni di relax e spa e massaggio . Tutto perfetto e davvero e' stata una bella sorpresa . Tutti disponibili e gentili ed i proprietari Ugo e Marika davvero accoglienti e gentili. La colazione era perfetta ed abbondante . Contiamo di tornare presto ed un saluto speciale da Carmen e Francesca da Trani.

Una vera oasi di relax e buon cibo! La masseria con piscina e ristorante è stata una scoperta fantastica. La piscina circondata dalla natura è perfetta per rilassarsi. E il ristorante? Delizioso! Piatti tipici preparati con cura e ingredienti freschi, serviti in un ambiente accogliente e rustico. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ideale per una vacanza in campagna, tra relax, buon cibo e atmosfera autentica. Ci hanno coccolato nel nostro giorno speciale!Torneremo sicuramente!" Che ne pensi? Siamo stati ad una cerimonia. Iniziamo dalle cose positive: ottima location e personale attento e gentile. I punti negativi riguardano tutti la qualità del cibo servito e la sua presentazione. Nessun piatto rimane impresso. A partire dal banale cestino del pane tagliato a tocchetti e un pò duro. Da una location del genere ti aspetti magari del pane particolare, magari fatto in casa. Qualità deludente delle materie prime, dal salmone affumicato, al gamberone fritto che poi erano surimi, alla carne. Il menù era da 70 euro, dolci e alcune bevande escluse. A quel prezzo ci si aspetta qualcosa in più ( è il menù più costoso proposto). Alcuni commensali pensavano infatti fosse un menù molto più economico. Spero sia una recensione che dia uno spunto di riflessione per migliorare.
