Hotel Mesa AZ Downtown East

This place is a complete dive. Non-functioning toilet, sink doesn’t drain, tub is falling apart and looks like it had be brought in from the dump. The door key had to be replaced after *every* use, causing me to go to the front desk every time I wanted access to my room after returning from being gone. Photos certainly show that they do, indeed, waste money on painting, but by someone who had never painted before, far from covering the walls and ceiling while tagging furniture and outlets and light switches all over the place. Everything about the lack of upkeep screams: we don’t care about our cleanliness or your comfort. See photos.

Room 1 -The heater in the room did not work. Broken lamp next to the bed. Asked to be moved to a different room. Room 2 - still had a lamp next to the bed that did not work. There were thick layers of dust on the walls. The sink was cracked and the water to it was shut off. Was afraid the next room would be even worse and we were tired so we just spent a rather restless night before our flight in the morning.
