Nous avons passé une nuit au Ksar Bicha avant de prendre la route pour le désert. A l'accueil, nous nous souviendrons de Soukaina, qui est une personne très agréable et souriante. La chambre pour 5 était magnifique, et le lieu paradisiaque, avec une belle piscine très reposante. Belle organisation de l'hôtel pour l'expédition dans le désert de Merzouga. Tout était conforme à nos attentes. Nous avions choisi une nuit en bivouac fixe et une en bivouac sauvage, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'organisation, les repas, et notre fort sympathique chamelier Omar. La soirée et la nuit à la belle étoile sous les couvertures de chameau étaient un moment d'enchantement. A notre retour tôt le matin, nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner et la chambre laissée a notre disposition pour une douche. Sans oublier la possibilité de finir notre séjour au bord de la piscine à farnienter avant de reprendre la route.

Warm hotel, attentive staff. View of the dunes. Impeccable cleanliness. The best thing is to spend 2 nights at the hotel and then 2 nights at the Ksar Bichar bivouac. A guaranteed change of scenery. For lovers of driving on the dunes. Coach Ali is the best. Can't wait to come back.

We had a good reception at this Ksar although we weren't sure which language the attendant spoke because she spoke very softly. She was very nice and made arrangements for our hammam and massage at the last minute. We had dinner on the premises, and it was delicious, but it took a long time be served. Strangely we were not offered tea when they served dessert and we had to order it separately. We were leaving very early the next day, and we requested an early breakfast but were told it was too early, however they prepared us sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, to keep in the room refrigerator. The entire place was dark at 6 am there was no one in sight and it was difficult to find the light switches near the reception desk. It is beautiful Ksar and it's so close to the desert you feel you are right in it. The pool is very beautiful!

Quad adventure in the desert and night under the stars in the tented camp, with these premises my review can only be excellent! We had a great time, all the staff is kind and, in front of the small bonfire that is set up after dinner, there is a way to exchange cultural curiosities that somehow inevitably link to this place. There is no hot water in the tents, but we are in the desert, it is more than normal like this.

A wonderful spot in the Moroccan desert. The entire staff goes out of their way to make your stay perfect and special, and they succeed. We were at the upper camp and...we were hit by a tremendous storm with lightning and thunder! Well, the entire staff went out of their way to compensate for what was an unforeseen natural phenomenon and ensure we had a perfect stay, and that was the case. A wonderful memory of everything: the tents, the food, the staff. Thank you for everything! We will definitely return.
