From the moment we arrived everything was perfect! We received a warm welcome from reception, our suite was absolutely beautiful, the pool and grounds were gorgeous and our evening meal was delicious!! Our waiter was attentive and friendly. Breakfast was outstanding! The location is great! The hotel is clean! We enjoyed our stay very much! Great experience!! Congratulations to all the staff and please accept our thanks for helping make our Merzouga trip so memorable!

Muy mal trato por parte de la responsable del Hotel, solemos trabajar Merzouga durante tido el año y esta vez decidimos conocer otros hoteles y darle la oportunidad. Pero este hotel tiene un equipo interno muy muy malo en concreto ( la señorita Zhor)

Hôtel non recommander pour les familles très mal fréquenté nul ,chère , acceuille catastrophique buffet encore plus nul, Je ne recommande pas du tout . Une expérience très désagréable en compagnie de toute la famille.

One of the worst hotels that I visited in my life, and in Morocco it was a failed experience. There are slow services. Everyone is bad. There are managerial staff. It was the worst 3 days there. Me and my four friends hated this hotel and Morocco because of this hotel. Damn people who failed to run this hotel

Vraiment rien de positif hormis la situation géographique. La responsable Zahra est tres désagréable et hautaine s'exprime en langue berbère pour éviter de se justifier ce qui est tres douteux Zahra est antipathique malheureusement je ne conseille pas du tout cette adresse je precise les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité (photo de rêve mais irréelle). Le personnelle il y a manifestement une erreur de casting ils sont extrêmement impoli. Cest le pire residence touristiques que jai connu à eviter .! A fuir ! A la piscine les enfants ont assisté à une bagarre ce qui est très regrettable .Enfin sur la facture il y est inscrit nulle part les identifiant fiscal le registre de commerce le numéro ice la patente incroyable pour un endroit qui accueille du public resultat mon comptable n'en veut pas . Tout ceci est honteux et vraiment irrespectueux. Sejour horrible N'y aller pas !!!!
