Just terrific! Amazing! Awesome 
Everything was great. 
The staff is incredible kind. The facilities are out of this world. 
My only point, which is not so important , was the food. It seems like heated , not fresh. And the portion was small, I wouldn’t mind to pay a bit more for a bigger portion. 
That’s my only criticism. 
But I loved it !

“Magnificent” is an understatement to describe our experience staying at The Meru Sanur. The warm hospitality of the staff and luxurious experience made me wanna stay longer if only I could. Not to mention the relaxing atmosphere having a less crowded beach front, and their breakfast buffet that fills you up until tea time. If you are someone having second thoughts in booking the hotels and checking the reviews,  I am telling you now, book the hotel now!

I absolutely recommend this hotel as a base for anyone who wants to explore the beauty of Labuan Bajo.
1. The location is just excellent.  It's just a short drive from the airport. The hotel offers complimentary airport transfer, which is very convenient for the guests as Labuan Bajo has no online cab hailing. It's also a short walk from the port where all the boats depart and arrive.
2. The view is unbeatable.
3. The buffet breakfast is really good. They have cook-to-order nasi goreng. The bread and pastries are delicious. They even offer fresh mixed juice prepared on the spot.
4. The service is topnotch.  They give complimentary cake and cookies every evening. There are free beverages in the mini fridge. They even give free 15-minute foot massage for one person for each room.
For improvement, I suggest the hotel provide a towel rack in the balcony or at least clothes line in the bathroom, as after the water activities, there's nowhere to hang our wet clothes.

The beach is just steps away, and it’s pristine, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing or catching a sunset. The pool area was another highlight—well-maintained and surrounded by tropical greenery, making it ideal for lounging the day away.

Breakfast was a delight each morning, offering a good mix of local and international options. The restaurant staff were attentive, and the food was consistently fresh and flavorful.

Overall, Merumatta Senggigi offers a tranquil retreat with top-notch service, beautiful surroundings, and a genuine sense of island hospitality. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Lombok.
