Abbiamo fatto una notte in questo hotel-ristorante durante il nostro viaggio di nozze. L'hotel è in campagna ma vicino alla cittadina di Treviri. Se uno cerca tranquillità e natura, questo è il posto giusto. Personale gentile e prezzi onesti. Buona la colazione inclusa e accettano i cani con un supplemento di 12 € a notte.

Wir waren am frühen Abend für ein Getränk (Bier und Wasser) dort. Leider war der Service in diesem schönen Ambiente draußen sehr schlecht. Erst musste der Tisch und Stühle trocken gewischt werden (es hatte vor 3 Stunden geregnet), dann musste auf das zweite Bier 15 Minuten gewartet werden. Auch eine Reklamation hat keinen weiteren Service der bestellten Getränke gebracht. Die Entschuldigung vom Personal bei der Bestellung war „da ist ein Bon verloren gegangen“. Spätestens nach der Reklamation hätte ich hier mehr Service Einsatz erwartet. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen bei dieser unfreundlichen Servicekultur.

Lugnt och mysigt ställe med god mat och gott vin. Cykelbana i anslutning till vingården så du lätt tar dig ut på en tur om du vill.

Beautiful hotel and terrace
In a beautiful location just a short drive from Trier. We had a triple room with the single bed in a separate room from the double bed which is extremely rare in a triple room. Everything in the room was top notch - comfortable beds, spacious, excellent shower room. Breakfast and dinner were both very good and it was great to eat dinner on the terrace next to the water wheel.
