Very satisfied with this stay. I booked this place right after seeing the photos. It was really beautiful and super clean. The bed and quilt smelled good! 😍 And it's right in the city center. There are all kinds of food/convenience stores downstairs! The owner, Isabella, is very enthusiastic and self-service check-in is also very easy! I booked the island hopping package recommended by Isabella. Our family had a lot of fun. After island hopping, we walked directly from the Mersing Jetty to the homestay for 3 minutes to take a shower, and then went to a nearby restaurant for dinner. It was really super convenient! I went to a very beautiful island🏝️ I also liked the various games, water dispensers, and towels provided in the homestay. It was very thoughtful. I will definitely come again next time! Highly recommended!

The location is perfect as it is near to the Ferry Terminal. There is a 24 hr Indian restaurant and a 7-11 store nearby. The place feels safe even at night as it has high human traffic. There may be some traffic noise at night as the carpark is just downstairs. But I guess no one goes there to catch up on sleep. The stay is clean, well maintained, comfortable and pleasant with adequate amenities. Great for those who wants to get a few hours rest before catching the early morning ferry to Tioman.

Spacious and clean. Modern industrial feel. Kid friendly. White clean fresh sheets,pillows and towels provided. Games provided good for family bonding. Convenient location. 5 min walk to jetty. Great coz we booked snorkeling trip at the nearby islands. The proximity allowed us to step out in our swimming outfits straight and then back to the apartment without having to carry change of clothes and use the public restrooms. Plenty of local food nearby, convenience stores, modern cafes such as Zus. For fastfood there's Marrybrown. All walking distance. We brought own drinking water when turned out its not necessary since there's filtered water dispensing hot, cold n normal temp water.
Only shortcoming is the stairs. It's located abv shophouse with no lift. Not suitable for wheelchair, prams or weak knees.
