JJitendraMy stay at hilton mersin was fantastic. All of the staff was proffesional & polite but specially Miss Cansu at reception was very helpful & polite. Food at restaurent Ichelle was delicious. Staff at restaurent was exellent but Mr Burak was exceptionally fantastic. Overall a good stay. ❤️

NNicholasThe hotel and staff itself are great. Nothing is too much hassle. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The main issue is the location however. Really not a nice part of the city I’m afraid and it’s about a 20 minute walk to anything approaching civilization. Other than that a really great hotel😜

GGuest UserThe location here is very convenient. The largest inland bus stop is nearby.  It takes only 5 minutes to walk to there. There is a big shopping Mall What can be purchased here.  It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the bus stop.

NNicholasThe staff were amazing and could not have been more helpful. There was a very nice breakfast laid on for us in the morning and it was plentiful to say the least.
Only issue was that the wi fi was poor and there didn’t seem to be anyway of improving this especially if you need it for work as we did.
It seemed to only just be getting up and running though so I’m sure these factors will be ironed out.
