Mersin Hotels with Wi-Fi

Everything was perfect. All employees are respectful and knowledgeable, parking is available, outdoor pool and breakfast are wonderful. There is an environment where you can feel peaceful. Thank you Hilton.

Divan Mersin could be described as hospitality as it should be. Impeccably polite and welcoming personnel, who did do their best to offer me an earlier check-in (albeit I failed to notify them in advance). Clean, spacious room where everything functioned as intended and all the things were in pristine condition - a rare thing even among top-tier hotels. Welcome sweets and mineral water was a complete surprise. And the breakfast was the best I've ever had in Turkey. Finally, WiFi worked as good as one at home. This is the first time that I was staying at a hotel in Turkey where WiFi was actually fast and without any disruptions. Once again, my complements to the team - it was my first stay with Divan chain, but you gained 100% of my trust and I already did recommend this hotel to some of my friends planning to visit the country. I wish all other hotels did as good job as Divan Mersin.

Hello there! My name is Erik Mustafin. My Ref: 05461798 I have to say that I had enough patience but now I'm sick of it. First of all, I was cheated by your hotel in Mersin. How it was: I connected with your hotel there to be sure that it has non-smoking rooms with beautiful view. It was a gift for my wife’s birthday. They said that there is no problem with that. At the check-in date I reminded about my wishes, paid for two rooms and got on there. The rooms were for smoking persons; the furniture was dirty. I went down to reception immediately and asked my money back. They said that’s impossible due to me paid with the credit card and only call-center can help me. I called them and they said that I need to wait the answer from the head office. I was waiting for 3 hours, called them back but nobody answered. And I suppose my phone number is still blocked for them. I tried to resolve my problem using e-mail, but they answered me only once, requested some information about payment, I gave all the documents they wanted. After that, they stopped to answer me too. It’s because they have to give my money back but they don’t want to. As I wrote before it was absolutely disgusting and dirty staying there and didn't get my money back at the same moment. I wrote you to help me resolve my problem and I'm still waiting for you answer like a fool. I was pretty sure that an organization like yours doesn't treat like this their clients. In fact, you keep me waiting for more than 5 months, it's unacceptable. I want you to connect me with the CEO because I want my money back. 4 300 turkish lira. You have my dates; I want you to connect with me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will have to make my case public.

Best hotel in the town with reasonable price, i spent 2 days there it was just perfect. The location of the hotel can not be better , in the city center where every thing is accessible. The hotel was perfectly clean and fresh looked. If i come to visit Mersin in the future for sure i will chose this hotel agian.

Сервис хороший, чемоданы сразу забрали, принесли в номер. Везде чисто, уютно. Завтраки Турецкие, омлет жарят при тебе с чем выберешь. Номер небольшой выбрали, 1 двуспальная и 1 односпальная, нас четверо, дочь малая, так что все уместились без доп раскладушки, без доплат за девчонку. А ещё через 3 недели после отъезда вспомнил что в ящике в номере оставил жесткий диск с семейным архивом и мышь эпл, приехал, всё вернули. Прекрасно, я считаю. @semenmainsky

Nicely located, easy to find and very accommodating staff who are genuinely friendly and welcoming. Apartment and rooms were clean and well equipped. For a stop over in Mersin you should feel very comfortable and safe. Free parking provided on site, several markets and hospital very close by.

Two friends stayed in your hotel for a week. All was very nice. We spent great time with the sincerity and sincerity of the staff who worked in the room cleaning position. In September becouse of my passport i did need to travel to out of country and i choose adana. I stayed there about 3 weeks. I did talk to hotel manager about my situation and he did give me very good discounts for my accommodation and also he booked the best room of the hotel with too walls full veiw of city in 5 floor. Staff they was very professional and helpfull. I did feel really safe and service was amazing
