Öncelikle web sayfasındaki hiç bir görüntü şu anda mevcut değil. Otelin bir zamanlar 4 yıldızı varmış; ancak tümünü Bakanlık silmiş. Sıcak su sorunu var. Olumsuz bir deneyim
Reservasyon yaptığım oda verilmedi ,oda görüldükten sonra resepsiyona ilettim fakat resimli reserv odanın lux olduğu gösterilmesine rağmen bu konuda çocuk kandırır gibi cevap ile geçiştirildi,oda da aydınlatma arızalı bildirim yapıldı fakat müdahale edilmedi,,tv kanalları sıfır hiçbir kanal çekmiyor en önemlisi oda kapısı dil arkası önceden kırılmış yarım tutmakta güvensiz…çözüm odaklı yaklaşım yapılmamıştır.
