The Eye of Matrouh is relatively close, and the wild beach opposite the hotel is beautiful!
But it is far away from the bustling area, and it is inconvenient to go out after checking in without a car.
The front desk called a driver to charter a car to visit the beach. The service is good.
The room hygiene is generally good, but the Wi-Fi is too bad.
It can't connect. The mobile network is also very poor.

Отдыхали семьей в этом отеле с 9.07.24 по 21.07.24. Отель хороший, персонал очень вежливый, готовый в любой момент помочь. Кухня разнообразная, всегда можно выбрать по вкусу. Есть анимация днем для детей и вечером общая. Море здесь не открытое, идет как бы косой, поэтому волн нет, что хорошо для детей. Уборка номеров каждый день и замена постельного и полотенец, можно и по требованию (мы просили уборку дважды в день). Отдыхом довольны. Отдельная благодарность менеджерам м—ру Магди, м-ру Ахмед Варшан, повару Рефат и менеджеру ответственному за еду и напитки м-ру Ахмед Хуссейн и его ассистенту м-ру Хамада, ответственным за уборку Асма и Шахд

سيكون فندقي المفضل في مرسي مطروح وسوف اكرر الزيارة لهناك كل عام ان شاء الله ، مكان جميل و راقي و موقع مميز ، و شكل من أشكال الكلاسيكية العريقة ، و الإطلالة رائعة على البحر ، و الإفطار جيد. أشكر كل العاملين في الفندق من الاستقبال و المطعم و كافة الأطقم ، و أخص بالذكر الاستاذ احمد حسين مدير المشروبات والمطعم لحسن الاستقبال والاهتمام بتقديم الخدمة باحترافية و التوديع ، و كذلك كل اطقم الفندق .

The hotel is more than wonderful and all the staff are welcoming and smiling. I would like to thank the general manager, Mr. Magdy Al-Sayegh, for his welcome and his amazing effort throughout the day, and Mr. Ahmed Hussein, the food and beverage manager, for his hospitality and for the wonderful food in terms of taste, quality and variety. Really, thank you to all the hotel staff because they made the vacation more than wonderful. The hotel is worth visiting every year.
