It's a nice hotel nice staff for price

Doors when the building were broken, unable to enter the building when able to enter the building. The room was very nasty, not clean. One asks to give my money back. The staffing there disappeared took hours to get back in contact with them only way I was able to get in contact with them when I came. Back to get my money back. Very bad hotel.

80% of the windows were broken, the guy at reception was in the back room with his feet up on his phone, card for room didn't work (second floor and stairs only), went down THREE TIMES to actually get a card that worked. Went in room, floor was dirty, bedding was stained, went to wash my hands and the water went down the drain directly to the floor!!!! THEN someone was trying to open the door!! To top it off their was some woman walking around in underwear at the reception. If you want to stay at a place that is absolutely disgusting and has sex workers that's the spot!! I immediately requested a refund even after he offered a "better" room. Somehow I highly doubt their was a better room. The entire place smelt like mold and musty. This place should be shut down immediately

Nice place to stay, mall is close by lots of food choices

My husband and I tried staying here for a night and we spent 30 minutes running up and down the stairs because the key the front desk guy gave us did not work, the door too the room kept flashing red like somebody was already staying in there, we ended up switching to another room to walk in and see once against somebody already in the room, after the switch we just ended up getting getting a refund and leaving, it was a terrible experience
