The location of the hotel is okay. If you are not traveling by car, it is very convenient to take the bus. In addition, the room is also suitable for cooking and has a full set of kitchen utensils. The bad thing is that the sofa looks too dirty and smells bad, and the quilt on the bed looks old and unclean.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The resort is perfect for families with children. We had a room in the adult pool area, which was very quiet. A few minutes walk from the beach and walking distance from woolworths.

What should I say about this bad review, I obviously searched for a hotel in Oman and the result was recommended to me. It cost me money in vain. I don't even know which country the hotel is in.

Didn't inform us about deposit ontop of the room cost. Couldn't afford deposit, couldn't get refund on room, couldn't get into our room. They let me and my 6 year old daughter sleep on the street after paying $400 for the room. It was an absolute joke. My daughter now has a bad cold because of this and this will be followed up with fair trade Australia.

A dissapointing villa stay, as the units are provided with limited amenities. Imaging a "fully equipped" kitchen without a coffee maker? There are none in the entire resort, also really limited pots & pans for cooking in the unit. Bathroom supplies also similarly limited - not even one box of facial tissues provided in any unit on-site! Activities at the resort and in the area are also very limited. There are 4 small pools and 2 hottubs. The closest beach is a good 7 to 10 minute walk, through local construction zones, which are not expected to be complete until 2026. A saving grace was that the bedding was very comfortable, and the TV had three channels of Showtime for movies.

Overall a decent stay. We travelled in June outside of school holidays so it wasn't too busy. Pros - Tidy rooms Allocated car park Walking distance to shops and beach Restaurant on site, which is convenient but see cons Plenty of pools and deck chairs Activities for kids best suited 6-10 Cons - Restaurant overpriced for cheap grub The layout is incredibly confusing and the signage isnt clear. I still haven't found the arcade. The maps aren't clear either and I have bumped into many patrons trying to follow maps also The security with lots of locks is comforting but some doors need turtle key and others need room key and it isn't clear..could easily be rectified with a picture of a turtle

Great family orientated resort. Lots for the kids to do with 3 family pools and splash zone, kids club with threesessions breakfast session, lunch session and evening session (4-12). Cinema as well parents can relax by the family pools or in the adults only pool. 15 hole Mini golf for everyone to enjoy and tennis court. On site restaurant that is between the splash zone and family pool.
