Always use this hotel on our trip from Cala to Alicante .used it for last 10 years twice 4 trips a year .Lovely service staff .Always helpful.Great value .Clean room .Cooking facilities.Fridge .Washing machine on the premises.Not much kerb appeal but if you’re travelling it not outside but inside that matters

The studio flats are very basic and need renovation but this is reflected in the reasonable price. It is easy to park. The reception staff are very helpful

Close to the airport, easy check in and check out. Quiet and simple place with convenience of buses to city centre

Stayed for 1-night to drop my daughter off to Bordeaux airport. Staff are great and very helpful. Accommodation by itself is what you would expect for a cheap rate. Main entrance door to our room was jammed and is in need of immediate repair. Room is spacious but sofa is not clean and needed a change. There is no kettle on the small kitchen. The worst part is the shower ceiling in the bathroom which has mould on it and needed to be mould washed and re-painted. The outside window which needed to shut down during the night and early morning has not been repaired either. Others are fairly acceptable with the cheap rate.

Service was good I have paid extra as I came from the UK and extra tax levied as city tax and not mentioned while booking and have to pay on the front desk while you check in, hidden charges are more as caution deposit of 50 euro s is still waiting to redoposit,,,

Arrived at night and the location does not look very safe. Room was ok: big but old and not so clean.
