The Courtyard Boise is a lovely hotel – very clean, with excellent food and well-equipped conference rooms. But beyond all the excellent amenities, the true gem of this hotel is an extraordinary individual who has made my stay unforgettable. Her name is Marie Antoinette, and she is a treasure that this hotel should hold dear. In my years of traveling, I have encountered many hotel staff, but none quite like Marie. She is thoughtful, humble, and radiates kindness in a way that is incredibly rare. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, tending to even the smallest of details with genuine care. It's clear she doesn't just do her job – she truly cares about the well-being and safety of every guest she encounters. What stands out most about Marie is her heart – a heart full of compassion and selflessness that cannot be taught. It’s innate, something that shines through in every interaction. People like her are rare, and it’s a quality that should be held in the highest regard. Her kindness isn’t something that can be trained; it is something deeply rooted within her, and it’s what makes her such a special part of the Courtyard Boise experience. I travel frequently across the country, and Marie has been by far the most delightful and sincere person I've met in over a year of traveling. It is people like her that turn an ordinary stay into an extraordinary experience. Great, friendly staff and comfortable bed.

Great customer service

The adjacent road, Eagle road, has a heavy traffic load and the noise can be heard even on the third floor. If you want a quiet night's sleep, this is not for you. There is no restaurant, just a snack bar and coffee is not free as with most other hotel chains.
