la habitación estaba sucia y los botes de basura tenían basura de huéspedes anteriores, no había agua y al hacerle la observación al recepcionista muy grosero, no nos quisieron cambiar la habitacion o reembolsar el pago aún cuando fue en efectivo, en la mañana la atención de la recepcionista aún más grosera, resulta que el gerente no atiende al público ni se le puede molestar!!! SE IMAGINAN ENTRAR A UNA HABITACION CON BASURA DE ALGUIEN MAS??? Según sus políticas pero que asco un hotel que sus políticas sean habitaciones sucias e insalubres!!! NO LO RECOMIENDO!!!

Nosotros reservamos a través de booking. El espacio no es para nada como en las fotografías; desde la recepción todo se ve maltratado y sucio. Nuestra habitación estaba llena de humedad y olía horrible, además tenía una fuga en el lavabo; nos quejamos y nos cambiaron de habitación a una que tenía las cortinas manchadas de algo que parecía sangre, las sábanas estaban rotas, manchadas y llenas de cabellos ajenos! Fue horrible, EVITEN IR A ESTE LUGAR.

El hotel está en muy mal estado, hay mucha humedad y moho en los cuartos, las imágenes que pone el hotel NO son las reales, el inmobiliario roto, lavabo tapado, sucio por todos lados, toallas rotas, los cuartos hueles muy feo, sábanas manchadas,...... el servicio pésimo.
