Gorgeous boutique hotel with staff that goes above and beyond. The heir of the estate actually greets guests and ensures they have a pleasant stay. We only got to stay for one night, but they upgraded our room and allowed us to enjoy the pool as we arrived early and they needed time to get the room ready. It is worth the price.

The hotel is truly a one of a kind property, like walking into an elegant period of history that no longer exists. The service was excellent, above and beyond the expected. Our host Raul Casares V was gracious and friendly, I cannot recommend this lovely boutique hotel enough.

Truly magical place. Feels like a private residence. Hotel has been in same family for generations, and extremely lovingly maintained. Location perfect -- walking distance to everything, but still quiet at night. Left feeling like a family member, not just a hotel guest

Es lo máximo de merida!! Tiene excelentes vistas ya que los muebles, estructuras y detalles son estupendos. Y déjate de eso la experiencia con los empleados y colaboradores del lugares son demasiado amables que te hacen sentir como en casa y están muy al pendiente de ti. The hotel is nothing short of beautiful and breathtaking aesthetically! You are in great care in every way with the staff and the hotel owner in every way you can of. They are all very catering and friendly ! They make some delicious food and make you feel at home! Very clean and replenished daily! I celebrated my birthday their and they made me a beautiful towel decorate cake just like in a cruise ship. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful hotel boutique it’s a whole and memorable experience, you won’t regret it ! Very central to all the downtown attractions and walking distance to the Mercado, cathedral , and various plazas nearby ! Definitely going back to stay with them soon !

This great and refined old Mansion seats in the heart of Merida, with Teather's , Catedral and Churches nearby is the ideal place to stay in Merida. The staff is friendly and attentive to the guest needs. We were lucky to be greeted by the Director General of the Hotel Raul Casares who was always attentive to our needs. Great location, friendly staff and weel comfortable rooms.
