It's difficult to even write something. It looks like a hotel that is counting the days until it closes its doors, as there are several others from the same chain in the city that are newer and with some care. It's dirty, poorly maintained, with poor facilities, bad bed, bad shower... Not even the WiFi works. A big rubbish.

Buona posizione. Camere vecchie e non pulite. Ci hanno dovuto cambiare camera perché non funzionava il water. Scarafaggi in camera. Pieno di zanzare. Non credo che tornerei. Punto a favore il parcheggio incluso, piccolo ma utile se si viaggia con automobile.

Sucio, viejo. Las habitaciones disque remodeladas están muy viejas, regadera en pésimo estado, la atención en recepción la peor que he recibido en mi vida, faltas de respeto, cero actitud de solucionar. En fin jamás vayan a ese hotel. La hora del check Inn era a las 15 horas a las 16 horas pedí la habitación y me dijeron que no están listas aún y le comenté que por qué no estaban y la respuesta del Señor Raul que me atendió en la recepción. Fue que no sabía que él no era el camarero. A lo que pregunté, quién me podría ayudar? Y nuevamente su respuesta fue no soy el gerente. En verdad la peor experiencia

EVÍTALO!!! De lo peor que he vivido en hotelería. No conozco un lugar peor en servicio, limpieza, insumos, mobiliario, atención y mantenimiento. Las fotos que ponen son un engaño total a la realidad. Puertas amarradas con cuerdas porque no tienen cerraduras. Sábanas sucias, baños tapados, almohadas manchadas y viejas, toallas viejísimas, recepcionista grosero, ineficiente, incapacitado, con cero voluntad de ayudar. Gerente ausente e incompetente vía telefónica. Entre todos los empleados se hablan mal y con los clientes peor. Solo el bellboy un encanto de viejito, que con 16 años en la empresa, reconoce que está muy mal el hotel y hace lo que puede y agradece la paciencia. La Secretaría de Turismo de Yucatán y Profeco deberían cerrar este hotel, y no permitir este tipo de servicios. Es la peor promocion para el Estado y esta hermosa Ciudad. Es un insulto para los huéspedes que vienen con la más mínima esperanza de buscar un descanso digno.

The hotel has two places one old and one is renovating but I didn’t know until I was there. Before to book, I usually check the rates and photos and it seems fine. When we arrived I saw the entrance and it was kind old, but I said well don’t worry the rest should be ok. They gave me the card and when we open the door what a deception, small room, the walls falling in peaces, the lamps didn’t all work, not telephone (if you want to call the reception well you had to go) all the pillows where old and uncomfortable, I was afraid to have bugs on the bed, stained curtains, window bathroom didn’t close, bad soundproof, old lamps, old faucet, we use a bath mat, and it was never one I had to ask each time. I spoke with another guest and she was also disappointed and also she checked the rate and the photos. I couldn’t change because I paid in advance and was difficult to contact where I booked. Las instalaciones de acuerdo al precio ( es equitativo) por el precio esta bien. Me pareció un lugar un con poco mantenimiento. Puntos a favor siempre se mantuvo limpia la habitación, el detalle fue la tv nunca sirvió el cable. Los colchones son muuuuy duros. El personal de ahi (limpieza, recamareras) son muy ruidosas, desde temprano (7am) ya estan con au musica , hablando fuerte sin poder descansar.
