Tuve que ir a trabajar a Mérida y al llegar al hostel me dijeron que había reservado para el siguiente fin de semana. Les dije que fue un error y si podía cambiarlo, pero me dijeron que no había disponibilidad. He intentado que me devuelvan al dinero pero me cuelgan el teléfono; o les escucho hablar por detrás. Cero profesionalidad. Nunca conseguí que me devolvieran los 170 euros aun sabiendo que había sido un fallo y cancelé la reserva. La persona que atiende no te contesta a nada y te trata con malas formas. Entiendo que fuera un error mio pero tienen la posibilidad de reembolsar y más con una semana de antelación. Si lo veis en booking, mirad que el precio no es reembolsable y da igual que puedan devolvértelo, no lo harán.

Un pequeño hotel, con un pequeño aparcamiento, recomendable cojerlo, porque ahi pocos, de lo contrario es bastante complicado aparcar, cerca, eso si, hay zona azul en casi toda la calle. Habitacion limpia, normalita, camas aunque fuera una habitacion para 4 pequeñas. Muy buena relacion calidad precio. Una cosa que no me agrado mucho es que no se puede comer en las habitaciones, algo que en la inmesa mayoria de hoteles si se puede, eso si, ahi unas mesitas en el hall de entrada que hay si puedes hacerlo. Y por ultimo agradecerles la gran labor social que realizan.

Una experiencia genial! Nos han tratado mejor que en otros sitios de muchas estrellas. Volveré sin duda. Para empezar la ubicación es genial, cinco minutos de la Estación de tren y a diez minutos de cualquier punto turístico, real. Reservamos suite con terraza, buenas instalaciones y sobre todo destacar su personal incomparable y responsable y respetuoso. La piscina no es tan pequeña como parece y tiene spa, funciona todo!! Es tranquila y se está genial, pero respetan los horarios y no te molesta cuando estás en la habitación. El desayuno simple pero sabroso y el pan de sueño! Además de la comodidad de las zonas comunes y la cocina, totalmente controlada por el personal y un gran respeto de todos los usuarios. El aire acondicionado funciona genial y se agradece. Tenía mis dudas sobre el lugar pero quedamos encantadas.

Nos hemos alojado dos noches en este hotel, cómodo y muy bien situado. La habitación bastante amplia, y la nuestra con vistas a la piscina. Destacar la atención del personal en general, y muy en particular a Isidro y Juanjo que nos atendieron de maravilla.

Un hotel cómodo, cerca de todo caminando, las habitaciones están bien, limpias, se puede desayunar en el bar (4€) tomar algo, 1 cerveza 1.20€ la gente de la recepción es súper amable, sobre todo quería destacar la atención de María, que te ayuda en todo lo que necesites, haciendo nos sentir como en casa. Muy recomendable

El lugar tiene mucho que dar, pero no está como esperábamos.... Hay muchas cosas que mejorar pequeños detalles que sacarían mucho más provecho del sitio. Las habitaciones están bien, pero está todo muy deteriorado. Tiene buena base, pero hay que darle una vueltecita!! El servicio muy bien y los recepcionistas muy bien también, nos ayudaron con el mapa de la ciudad de una manera cercana y muy amable, lo que nos ha hecho el conocimiento y el descubrimiento de la ciudad perfecto. Muchas gracias por todo, hemos estado muy agusto.
