A pesar de las obras en la calle y las reformas que está acometiendo el Hotel, me he sentido muy a gusto, habitaciones confortables, ambiente familiar, muy muy bien ubicado a pocos metros del Teatro Romano y del casco histórico, y como tengo que volver varias veces por motivo de trabajo, ya he decidido que sera mi hotel de referencia y he reservado varios viajes por anticipado. Recomendable sin duda.

Al o a los propietarios del Hotel Nova Roma. Suplico que hagan un esfuerzo económico por su hotel y por sus empleados ya que el poco prestigio que tenían lo han perdido hace tiempo. Es vergonzoso como tienen el hotel. No lo hagan de golpe, poco a poco, cuando termine la temporada alta. Hagánlo por sus magnificos empleados, por las familias de estos y por su orgullo (si lo tienen). Tienen una localización envidiable que ahora mismo no se la merecen. GRACIAS.

Hotel muy bien situado para visitar los principales monumentos de Merida, muy cerca del teatro romano, pero algo descuidado, aunque cumple las expectativas para una o dos noches de paso por la ciudad necesita una reforma ya que no está a la altura de las 3 estrellas.

Delighted with the hotel. Quiet, clean, the staff is always there when you need them and you notice how they care that we are comfortable. Great location, very close to everything. At reception they explain in detail the tourist options, restaurant area,... Abundant, quality breakfast and details such as leaving a heater in the bathroom for the baby, the crib, in short, we will recommend it and hopefully we can repeat it

Excellent location and very friendly staff! The cleanliness is impeccable in all facilities and the breakfast has a variety of options. The hotel only lost one star because the decor deserves to be updated, the bathroom floor was badly damaged and the lighting in the room was poor. Other than that, it was an excellent stay :)

Good location, spacious room and very friendly staff. The.breakfast was very weak.Except for the sausages which are good...the fruit was stale and the pastries were somewhat hard. Orange juice not very good quality. Otherwise it is a recommendable hotel, you go up a little and you find the Roman amphitheater and theater.

The spacious room on the fourth floor, but with an infernal noise of machines from above that prevents rest and sleep. The hair dryer also doesn't work. It has a cafeteria, but it is closed. It has parking, but it is full. I only ask that if they offer services they have to always be available. I do not think I'll come back.
