Pretty room, good online service, but check in process has room to improve.
I suppose I would receive email with check in instruction before I arrive but I didn't receive it until early next morning. So I had to call them to get access code. Luckily for me, the main entrance was not shut when I arrived - I didn't know it's supposed to be closed at the time, so I could call in yhe lobby. Otherwise I had to call on the street in over 100F hot day without any shade.
They responded my request to book a cab on the morning I check out pretty quickly, so I take it as isolated issue.
One funny thing is there's no desk or table or what so ever to put things on, so I had to put all my luggages and bags on floor and it wasn't convenient. I hope they consider to put in some sort of desk/table in the room.
It's abit off from the main attractions but within walking distance.
Overall, it's nice place to stay in Merida.

O quarto era ótimo e eles deixaram água e balinhas em cada cama. Muito fofo. O banheiro era lindo tb. Só podia ter um frigobar, já que não tem café da manhã.

El apartamento era sencillo, estaba limpio , lo que menos nos gustó fue que daba a un patio de luces. No había donde tender la ropa.

Muy bien atendidos y buena ubicación. Es moderno y bien mantenido, pero un poco pequeña nuestra habitación. Echamos en falta alguna silla y armario o estantería más.

Hier 3 nachten verbleven voor bezoek aan Mérida. Centraal gelegen voor bezoek aan de stad. Leuk omgebouwd huis met verschillend ingerichte kamers. Alles zeer netjes en schoon. Wel kleine douche. Prima bedden maar ook niet te groot. Ook veel trapjes in het gebouw dus niet goed voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Entree van gebouw en kamers gaat met codes die je via whatsapp krijgt. Gemakkelijk. Kamer iedere dag schoongemaakt en schone handdoeken. Wij hadden geluk en konden voor de deur parkeren.
