nous avons apprécié notre séjour, le service et la communication étaient excellents la chambre était propre et rangée tous les jours et la nourriture au restaurant était excellente il y avait une légère odeur de drainage dans la salle de bain qui ne nous a pas trop dérangés mais peut-être que vous pouvez régler quelque chose. J'espère que nous reviendrons. Un grand merci à Elise pour s'être A bientot

Perfect
The location, services and facilities were excellent! We enjoyed the ski lockers, hot tub and sauna. Breakfast was good as well.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. It was great we could get in the room early on arrival. Breakfast was good but parts of the cooked breakfast were cold each day which was a shame. Bedrooms were very warm with little way of controlling the temperature other than opening the door which was noisy.

What a great hotel, right on the slopes, friendly staff and great food. Excellent selection at breakfast, plenty of choice and lovely meal at the restaurant in the evening. It was so good, we have booked to come again. See you next year :)

Pokój na zdjęciach sprawiał wrażenie bardzo przestronnego, jednak w rzeczywistości okazał się znacznie mniejszy. Poddasze było wyjątkowo niskie, co mogło wpływać na komfort pobytu. Śniadanie w hotelu pozostawiało wiele do życzenia – obsługa w postaci jednej osoby nie była w stanie odpowiednio zadbać o gości. Na bufecie brakowało wielu potraw, w tym jajecznicy. Podawano również zimne naleśniki, a gofry sprawiały wrażenie starych. Jeśli chodzi o pokój, materac był przeciętnie wygodny, choć trzeba przyznać, że sprzątanie było wykonywane codziennie i na wysokim poziomie. Niestety, dla czteroosobowej rodziny przydzielono szafkę narciarską przeznaczoną dla dwóch osób, przez co nie udało się zmieścić wszystkich butów i nart.
