Our favourite hotel and ski resort. Fantastic stay for a special birthday! The staff are professional and friendly, bar and restaurant welcoming, location great and views from our suite fabulous - and hot tub a bonus!

L'hôtel est très bien situé puisqu'un accès aux pistes se situe juste en bas de la route d'accès, juste à chausser les skis et vous diriger vers la remontée mécanique. Notre chambre était correcte et correspondait à l'esprit montagne avec une superbe vue sur les pistes. Le restaurant était agréable et le choix au petit déjeuner satisfaisant.

Good hotel, great breakfast, very large choice , great location. Not ski in/out but nealry, close to the Ronnie for apres. I would recomend this place. Lovely views accross the valley. Comfortable rooms, good hot tub.

My sister and I stayed here for a long weekend and we absolutely loved it. Our room was ideal for us, very comfortable and cozy. The food was delicious, there was so much choice at breakfast. Our dinners we're equally as delicious. The location is fantastic, ski in, ski out. We had the best time and will definitely be back. Thank you

The property mentioned that the amount will be charged in 2 months, which was ok for us, and it was unexpected to be set 3 months before! We canceled the booking, and after two weeks we still did not get our money back! While contacting the property, the manager's behavior was disrespectful, and his tone was rude when I asked to send the money back! While the policy mentioned that the cancellation is free. After chatting with the booking we found out that they started the refund process the same day I contacted the booking - 2 weeks after the cancellation! So if I did not reach the booking, they would not even send us the money! It looks like they did not even plan to send it when it was canceled cause started the process two weeks after! And they mention it can take up to 30 working days! I strongly don’t recommend it. Avoid!

Crooks. They charged me EUR 577,50 immediately upon making the booking and despite cancelling within less than 24 hours, they are now refusing to refund the sum (in accordance with Booking.com's cancellation email which confirms I am due a full refund, which will be refunded shortly) and are claiming a "3% fee for paying with a credit card" and that they do not have to refund until a month has lapsed. Such claims are ridiculous and in clear contradiction with Booking.com's cancellation email and T&C's communicated to me.

Hôtel charmant. Tres bien situé. Personnel bienveillant. Directeur toujours à l'écoute de ses clients. Spa tres agreable et massages excellents. Un hotel familial où il est bon de se retrouver en toute simplicité. Chic et cool. Je recommande.

Nous avons bénéficié d'un super accueil à l'hôtel du Merilys, le personnel était prévenant, flexible et a tout fait pour nous faciliter "l'après-ski". Les chambres étaient confortables et le spa en fin de journée très satisfaisant. Merci encore !

Hôtel avec une excellente situation quasi au pied des pistes. Nous avons loué un appartement avec une superbe vue sur les pistes mais le ménage de début de séjour laisse à désirer (poussiéreux, salles de bain pas propres). Il conviendrait de rénover les appartements qui sont vieillissants (housse canapé brûlée, spots luminaires qui sont presque tombants, moquette sol tachée). Un bémol à relever sur l’accueil du directeur qui n’est pas franchement pas très agréable, c’est vraiment dommage car ça ne donne pas envie de revenir !
