Nous sommes venus pour la 4 eme année consécutive et sommes venus avec d autres membres de la famille qui ont aussi été sous le charme du hévana. Le personnel est aux soins, un grand merci à Fabien pour toute l aide apportée. Les lieux sont propres, cosy et nous sommes toujours sous le charme. À l année prochaine ;)

Just back from a family holiday here. Stayed in Block B - room 310. Beautiful spacious apartment - there were 6 of us staying and plenty of room for all. Very well designed apartment, spotless and in a good location in the village of Meribel. Would highly recommend!!

We are really disappointed with our appartment because of the smell. We thought at first it was the drains but it’s outside and is apparently because of a 3rd part restaurant and they can’t go anything about it. It’s hot and sunny at the moment and I nearly fell over walking past it really stinks - our apartment is above the offending stair well and I don’t want to sit out on the balcony. I am not impressed - the hotel receptionist was really unhelpful saying it’s not us so we can’t do anything about it. The apartment is nice but the kitchen pans need replacing all the non stick is damaged - there are no wooden spoons ! Very cross and unhappy bunny

Lovely stay in Meribel
Lovely apartment style hotel. Marketed as a 5 star but no pool towels provided. This is very inconvenient as we have been travelling for a month and have no luggage space for towels. A true 5 Star should provide pool towels.
Outdoor hot tub very small and not very warm, it was disappointing but the indoor pool and sauna/hammam were lovely.
Kitchen was beautiful but lacked basic utensils such as tongs and the chopping board was completely bent so was not useable. Pans were well used and not enough to cook for a family of 4.
Otherwise room was lovely and very comfortable. Would not hesitate in staying again but would love if the above issues were fixed

Dès le début mauvaises coordonnées de l'établissement..établissement invisible de l'extérieur..piece de reception indigne d'1 5*..appart ne correspondant pas à la demande..propriété ➕️ que litigieuse..piscine réservée aux enfants (maxi 0.90 m)..expo de l'appart catastrophique..ni la vue ni l'étage ne correspondent à notre demande..l'utilisation du balcon impossible ( l'un au ras de la route et l'autre ne voyant pas le soleil..notre confiance envers Hotel.cpm est largement entamée..

J’ai eu une expérience très déplaisante avec une personne au relationnel extrêmement désagréable à l’accent du midi du prénom de Mathilde, qui n’a même pas daigné rappeler et qu’il ne fallait pas déranger, elle avait oublié la demande et a coupé court, super la vitrine pour Pierre et Vacances, gardez bien ce genre de personnel pour une résidence haut de gamme étoilée à Méribel !!!!!!

We had a fantastic time here. We had a 3 bedroom apartment with the rooms upstairs and a lounge and kitchen downstairs. We ate in most evenings and found the kitchen equipment sufficient for our needs. The apartment was of a high standard and the beds including the sofa bed was comfy. The pool was amazing and a great facility. I emailed the hotel before arriving asking for a room far from the bar as I heard it was noisy. The hotel did as requested and we were far away so thank you! The layout in the boot room took some getting used too. Perhaps better signage would help. You need one entrance to get in and another to get out. We would definitely stay here again if in Méribel!

Hôtel très agréable et propre, en plein centre, près des pistes avec complexe sauna piscine excellent après une journée fatiguante...l'accueil est super pro, les services au top...vous pouvez garer votre véhicule et faire un maximum de choses à pied ou en transfert en commun.
