Just once staying at this hotel, thank you for the very disappointing service, I booked a month before staying, with room type A but when I arrived I was given room type Z, with the reason that the room I booked was full and the guest who stayed more than 1 night and the guest arrived earlier, and this room type Z was said to be the same as the room type A that I chose, from the price when I booked it was already different.
