My husband and I had a great experience in the Lodge King Suite in the Boat House Lodge at the Mill Falls Resort. Our clean comfortable room felt like we were in our own cabin on the lake. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool in our building and the view of the lake from our balcony. The Lake House Grill on site offered amazing food and great service. We can’t wait to go back!

MY HUSBAND & I STAYED THIS PAST WEEKEND CHECK IN PROCESS A BIT CONFUSING AND SO WAS PARKING . WE STAYED AT PALMER INN ROOM WASNT THE BEST CEILING ALL STAINED DUSTY LAMPS DIRTY RUGS & CURTAINS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE ( IM SURE WHEN RENOVATION IS DONE IT WILL BE LOVELY) THE BEDS ARE VERY COMFY LARGE SCREEN TV & SHOWER WAS GREAT WITH PLENTY OF HOT WATER. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY OVERALL CONVENIENT LOCATION AND OUR ROOM WAS RIGHT NEXT TO POOL & HOT TUB IN WHICH WE ENJOYED THE MARKETPLACE IS WITHIN THE INN AND WE ENJOYED LUNCH / DINNER & BREAKFAST AT BOTH GIUSEPPES & THE BAKERY INSIDE THE MARKETPLACE WE DEFINITELY WILL RETURN AFTER RENOVATION

We were so disappointed with our stay at The Mill Falls Resort. Our room was very run-down. There was mold visible in the bathroom, the wallpaper was peeling, and there were stains on the carpet. The elevator smelled so bad and it appears a urinal cake was used in the cieling of the elevator to try to "hide" the smell. The parking lot was a disaster. There was garbage and a dead bat that were never removed during our stay. The "lobby" of our building was like a ghost town and often a mess. The only time we saw the staff was at check-in and check-out.

Coffee machine reported not working first day, replaced on last day Breakfast not available at 9am due to cleaning of cookers!! Housekeeping really bad Reception friendly , took notes on problems but did not follow through

Mill Falls Resort Collection at the Lake 1/5 Terrible I was staying in this hotel for Labor Day weekend. Unfortunately my stay was cut short because the conditions of the rooms are not acceptable. The first room where I was initially staying was extremely filthy. There was dust everywhere, the pillows were yellow, the sheets were dirty, there were spiderwebs everywhere. This was at the Chase house. Then they move me to Baypoint. Here again, the sheets were dirty the pillows were yellow, there were spiderwebs. But it did seem a bit cleaner and more renovated then the Chase house. I had to do the cleaning myself with the help of a personnel from the hotel , Because the cleaning crew never arrived. I was still charged by the hotel for one full night stay even after my issues. I spoke to the manager, and she said that I have to call ******* to request a refund, I called ******* and turns out that the only one that can provide the refund is the hotel, and they were not willing to do that. ******* thankfully provided a credit towards my account, but not in the full amount for my one night stay. I hope no one goes through what I went through. This is a place that I would never like to stay in again.

Beware !the pictures of the resort look great ! We paid $371 dollars for a room that should have been similar to the pictures on their website. We were put in a musty basement room at the Palmer Inn across the street. It was Motel 6 quality. There was no staff on duty, the halls and patio were shockingly dirty and the room had curtains with holes, peeling trim and wallpaper. While the pool looked dirty the chlorine smell permeated the inn. Check in was not until 4 pm and our room was not ready until the last minute. It was Labor Day weekend so looking for another room at that point was not possible.

Went there for a friends wedding and it was BEAUTIFUL. It made for a great wedding spot, it let us take great photos and a great HUGE room to top it all off. Staff was amazing and took care of all our needs. TRAFFIC can suck during other events in the area like car shows, but they can't control that. There is nothing I can complain about this place and our stay. Looking forward to staying here again for my own vacations.

Stayed in the Chase House which I thought was renovated but it wasn't. The room was clean but definitely needs some TLC. The room had a nice deck outside with a lake view. The shops are next door but don't have much to offer outside of tourist T shirts. The Italian restaurant was decent. The only restaurant with breakfast was in the main building ( church landing)The breakfast was good and not too expensive. The pools leave much to be desired. They are extremely small. The spa is fabulous!! I highly recommend treating yourself!!
