Perfection is the best way to describe our experience at The Nutmeg Inn.. We recently spent this past weekend with 13 of our closest friends to celebrate our retirement..the atmosphere is very cozy.. the food is amazing and Kevin and Karen are the most wonderful hosts!! So much history is at The Nutmeg Inn.. Kevin will give you a personal tour to capture the history..we can’t wait to go back!! If you’re looking for a charming, cozy stay with awesome hosts.. We stayed for 2 nights at the Inn choosing the Sugar Shack instead of a traditional room in the main house but only because the house was nearly sold out and it’s no wonder why! The entire property is wonderful including the pool area. The Inn is in a perfect location to all things Meredith and the lakes region. Karen and Kevin are wonderful hosts and breakfast delightful.

What a Charming Inn. Rooms are beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of activities at the Inn. You don't have to leave except to eat dinner if prefer to just hang out. Inn Keepers Karen and Kevin made us all feel like family.. This place is a gem. WE will definitely be back.

This beautiful inn is on a stunning piece of property, and a short drive to all sorts of cool places. Meredith has a great history and the inn provides lots of information on that, even a historical walking trail map. The Innkeepers Kevin and Karen could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The room was beautiful, overlooking the saltwater pool (I’ll be back again in the summer!). This is my fourth visit and my go to happy place when I need a break. Highly recommend!

Great time, awesome hosts and accomodations. The breakfast was excellent as well. Perfect location for us, had a chance to have several couples get together and everything was perfect, from the rooms, host and space. I would recommend to anyone and can't wait to book again

We had a wonderful weekend at The Nutmeg Inn! The lovely Inn welcomes you with a feeling of nostalgia and comfort. We were greeted by Karen and Kevin and felt relaxed immediately. The breakfast of Kevin's homemade sourdough bread, scones, yogurt with Karen's homemade granola, fruit and Gruyere cheese egg bites were absolutely delicious. I originally wrote and posted this review for the wrong Nutmeg Inn . . . We booked this inn for a last minute trip to Mt. Snow, and it was an enomously pleasant surprise. The building has been gorgeously restored and updated, and the interior design is beautiful-- super quaint and charming combined with some mid-century and contemporary touches throughout--this isn't your grandma's b&b, all in a good way. There are several rooms to hang out in, all with beautiful light, including a room with a large work space/desk with chargers, etc. Also, f you are headed skiing, take-out breakfast can be pre-ordered and is available as early as 7am.
