Waterfront camp on quiet part of Lake Winnisquam, dog-friendly, w/dock

Charming, one-level cottage can comfortably accommodate six guests in its three bedrooms. Knotty pine kitchen/living room gives you the old camp feel. 150' of waterfront with a western exposure has all the amenities needed to enjoy your Lakes Region vacation, including direct lake access, a 12' x 12' fishing / boat dock (accommodates boat up to 24 feet). A wide range of boat rentals are available at Winnisquam Marine. Located on the north end of Lake Winnisquam in a No Wake Zone, you can enjoy watching the loons, great blue herons and other wildlife in Chemung State Forrest across from the property. Walk down the steps to your private, sandy beach and dip your toe in the crystal-clear lake. Watch kayakers or take our canoe or kayaks out for a paddle. On rainy days or in the evening, gather on the 16’ x 17’ screened-in porch for dinner or board games. At the end of the day, fire up our grill (propane provided). After dinner pull up a chair to the fire pit under the mature pine trees. For more fun, downtown Meredith is a 13-minute drive away (6 miles). New WiFi in 2025. Generous parking for your vehicles and motorcycle or boat trailer (gravel driveway). Bring your own linens and towels or have us provide them for an additional fee.
