Red Roof Inn Princeton - Ewing

One of the worst time of my life. The guest was cold and unbothered. I have never met anyone so disrespectful. He didn’t care about the complaints. Then, the room was full of cockroaches and microwave deprived. Awful hotel ! I would never return.

I've never stayed here but I just wanna make a comment to some of you holier than thou think you're better than everyone else attitudes , unless you've been put in a situation where you either had to live in a hotel or on the street why don't you keep your mouth shut judging others who had no choice or on welfare , or you wanna complain over some of the pettiest things about the room then go somewhere else nobody forced you to stay here so since you think you're better than everyone else or think you deserve the best in everything go to the Hilton Inn and stay with the other stuck up rich folks

A very comfortable place where you get what you need, close to shopping areas, great for a short stay, the inside is well maintained & clean, don’t judge it for the outside appearance, inside they made a good job especially in the bathroom, small but equipped. as I was by myself I find this place just did the job, they filled up my expectations.

Rooms vary a lot in quality. I stayed in one that was very modest, bare basics but reasonable clean. Went back the next week and was in room the smelled so badly I had trouble sleeping. Once I got home, I had to wash every single item I brought into the room to get the smell out, and to air out my suitcase outside for days. After that, I wouldn’t go back: the best room was just passable, and the worst was so awful that I had to spend hours cleaning my stuff afterwards

It is a good place to stay with a good location. I had to call the office to ask some questions and make a reservation , and a very good person who answered the phone and his name is Moe, was very helpful and super nice, answered all my questions and explained to me the difference between Hometown and Red Roof inn rooms, and that was very helpful to make my reservation. Thanks to the whole staff and thank you Moe.

The room had a cozy feeling and it was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the stay, it was smooth with no troubles. The check in was fast, easy and professional. The staff were great, helpful and friendly. I would definitely be staying there again in the near future!

Dog friendly but unfriendly otherwise. I didn’t even get what I paid for (business king). They stuck me in a basic room w a full size bed at best and I didn’t even bother saying anything. I could tell all the rooms were going to be the same piss poor quality. Front desk unmanned constantly and extremely rude. I’m being nice bc I don’t believe in outing specific employees but one woman needs training in how to speak to customers. In my 20+ years of staying in hotels, no matter the price point, I’ve never been spoken to so disrespectfully for no reason. Room- disgusting. Lights not working, telephone not working, visible bed stains, all sorts of noises, I think you get the picture. No fridge, microwave or coffee maker. Antiquated thermostat. Couldn’t get much sleep due to noise, generally feeling unsafe for myself and my vehicle. Kicker- police activity outside in the AM because of some incident I didn’t care to witness after my comedically bad stay. As the old adage goes, you get what you pay for.

When I first booked the Red Roof, a few years back, I was apprehensive. A motel, on a major thoroughfare like Route 1 did not sound promising, but the price was right and I took a chance. I’ve since stayed here on multiple extended visits to the USA. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the spacious rooms clean, recently renovated and well-equipped, many with a view of a splendid bank of trees where blue-jays and cardinals cavort in the early morning. I’m a writer who needs peace and quiet - I found it at the Red Roof, not once but many times and I’m grateful to the wonderfully multi-cultural (i.e. all-American) staff for providing it at an affordable price.
