My reservation was not held for late arrival leaving no room available for me and I had to search in the middle of the night for another hotel. I was still charged for the room. All the desk clerk kept saying was “check in is at 3pm” as though that’s the only time you could check in. If you charge me - you hold the reservation.

This property is the worst I have ever visited. It is roach-infested. I have a video. Roaches were running from one end of the room to the next, crawling on the walls and headboard. They seriously need to fumigate before allowing customers to book there. The front door was also rude about my concern, as if he didn't care. Don't book there, period!

Hello, While I currently reside in Asia, I frequently return to this area to visit childhood friends and family. The location is perfect with great access to all major highways and the Quaker Bridge Mall across the street is a big bonus but it is the Manager Mo, and his Team, that make this a WINNING LOCATION ! The front office staff are always pleasant and professional ,housekeeping can never do enough to ensure a great visit ! The Manager Mo, has assembled a winning Team and demands everything is as perfect as humanly possible. It really is like seeing old friends staying there. Thank you Red Roof Inn, you make my stays in America, fabulous. Robert

We made the reservation one year ago because this was an high demand week. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk told us our reservation was cancelled (he admitted the hotel had overbooked) and when we had to rebook, the price almost doubled. The room was unclean and smelled strongly of smoke even though we booked a non-smoking room. We definitely will not stay there again and would not recommend this motel to anyone.

The entire motel is run extremely well. All questions are Answered and responded to in a very timely and I intelligent manor. The manager Moe is on top of his staff daily , and they respond effectively and efficiently!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took over an hour to get properly checked in. Once we went to our room we realized how unsafe the entire area felt. Signs everywhere stating they’re ‘not responsible for stolen property or damaged vehicles’. Men hanging outside of their doors chain smoking cigarettes. I ended up giving my key back to the front desk and booking a real hotel somewhere nearby. Huge inconvenience- I have no idea why ******* would even have this “hotel” as an option.

Although inexpensive, it was noisy, I could smell the cigarette smoke from the people outside talking most of the night. The AC was rattling, the bathroom was unclean and had holes in the wall. The guy at the front desk was pleasant though
